Note: You may also create a KALEOZ account using your social media accounts.
How do I cancel the account deletion request?
These are the steps to cancel your account deletion and restore your account: Step 1: Go to your mailbox and open the "Delete your account" email sent by SEAGM. Step 2: Click on the address link shown in the email. Step 3: Click on the "Cancel Account Deletion" button. Step 4: Click "Yes, I Would Like To Keep It" to restore your account. Step 5: Once revoked successfully, you will be redirected to the KALEOZ website.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your Kaleoz account, please follow these steps carefully. Deleting your Kaleoz account will also delete any associated SEAGM-related platform accounts, as they are interconnected. Step 1: Log in to your account at the SEAGM website, then click the user icon on the main page and select "My Account". Step 2: Go to the User Profile page by clicking on "Edit Profile". Step 3: Look for the "Delete Account" option on your profile page and click on it. Make sure to read any information that is displayed carefullyStep 4: After confirming your decision, click on "Delete Account." Please note that your account will be frozen/suspended immediately, and it will be completely deleted after a waiting period of 30 days. Note: 1. You're required to enter the trading password when making a payment using your KALEOZ balance. Here are the steps to help you set up a trading password. Step 1: Click on your username, then go to the 'User Control Panel' and select 'My Profile'. Step 2: Find "Security" and then click on "Change Password". Step 3: Click on 'Security' in the left-hand menu, scroll down to find 'Trading Password,' and then click 'Set Payment Password'. Step 4: You can choose to receive the verification code via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. After selecting your preferred method, click 'Send Verification Code'.Step 5: Enter a 6-digit numerical trading password of your choice, then click 'Save Password'. Note: You're advised to change your trading password regularly to ensure the security of your account funds. You can change your trading password by repeating the steps above. Close Store Feature
If you're taking a break or are temporarily unable to accept orders, you can use the Close Store feature. This feature allows you to temporarily close your KALEOZ store without affecting your account data or seller status. While your store is closed: All of your product listings will become inactive. Buyers will not be able to place new orders. You can still log in and access your KALEOZ account as usual. You can choose one of the following options: Manually open or close your store. Schedule your store to open and close automatically based on your business hours. Option 1: Manually Open or Close Your Store Step 1 Log in to your KALEOZ account and go to My Product. Step 2 Click Close Store to temporarily close your store. Step 3 When you're ready to resume selling, click Open Store at any time. Option 2: Schedule Your Store Hours Step 1 Enable Schedule Store Hours. Step 2 Set your business operating hours (UTC+08:00) and click Save.
