Duplicate Listings Policy

Duplicate Listings Policy

To provide a better shopping experience, sellers should create only one listing for each product and ensure that all product information is accurate, complete, and easy to understand. This helps customers compare products more easily and make informed purchasing decisions.

To maintain a fair marketplace, KALEOZ takes action against sellers who create duplicate or spam listings.

What Does the Duplicate Listings Policy Cover?

  • Listing the same product across multiple stores managed by the same seller.
  • Creating multiple listings for the same product with only minor differences to increase product visibility.
  • Intentionally duplicating or spamming product listings.

What Happens if I Create Spam Listings?

Listings identified as spam or intentional duplicates will be removed from the platform.

Depending on the severity or frequency of the violation, KALEOZ may:
  • Remove duplicate or spam listings.
  • Issue a warning to the seller.
  • Restrict listing privileges.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the seller account.
Important: Sellers are encouraged to update their existing listings instead of creating duplicate listings for the same product. This helps maintain a fair marketplace and provides a better shopping experience for all users.
