Our moderation team will review each report and take appropriate action where necessary.
What Can Be Reported?
You may report reviews that contain inappropriate or abusive content, including but not limited to:
- Advertisements or promotional content
- Defamatory or slanderous statements
- Offensive or abusive language
- Harassment or personal attacks
- Spam or irrelevant content
- Any content that violates KALEOZ's platform policies
How to Report an Abusive Review
- Log in to your KALEOZ seller account.
- Go to the Seller Info page.
- Locate the review you wish to report.
- Click the Report Abuse button next to the review.
- Submit your report for review.
Our management team will investigate the reported review and take appropriate action if it is found to violate our policies.
Important Notes
- Only reviews submitted within the last 30 days can be reported.
- Each review can only be reported once.

Once a report is successfully submitted:
- The review content will be temporarily hidden from other users while it is under review.
- The reported review will not be included in the calculation of your Seller Service Rating during the investigation.
Investigation Outcome
After reviewing your report, KALEOZ will determine whether the review violates our policies.
If the review is confirmed to be abusive or inappropriate, appropriate action will be taken in accordance with our platform guidelines.
