Can I request a refund for my payment?
In cases where your order is canceled due to the seller failing to fulfill an order, you may consider finding another seller that might be selling the same desired item.
Alternatively, you can request a refund for your payment under the following circumstances:
Found no other seller offering the same item.
Other seller offers are selling at a higher-than-expected/unreasonable price.
If you encounter any of the above and wish to get your payment refunded, kindly contact our KALEOZ Support for assistance on this matter.Please note the following:1. Refunds may not be possible for certain payment methods such as Cryptocurrency, RazerGold, Neosurf, etc. In such cases, the amount can only be used for a new purchase on KALEOZ.2. When refunding your payment to the original payment method used, the processing fees charged by certain payment merchants (such as Credit Cards) may not be returned.3. KALEOZ shall not be responsible for any handling fee incurred by the payment merchant.
I have successfully cancelled an order. Where are my funds now?
Once the order is successfully canceled/refunded, your funds will be returned to your KALEOZ account balance. You may check your KALEOZ account balance HERE.You may use your KALEOZ balance to place a new order with another seller for the same product/service(s). Refund and Replacement Policy for Incorrect ID Submissions
At KALEOZ, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient buying experience for our customers. However, it is important to note that buyers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement in the event of submitting inaccurate ID details. We want to ensure transparency regarding our policy and the responsibilities of both buyers and sellers in such situations.
Buyer Responsibility:- It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide accurate and correct ID details during the ordering process. We highly recommend double-checking all information before submitting the order to avoid any discrepancies or issues.
Seller Obligations:- Sellers on our platform diligently deliver orders or products to the ID provided by the buyer. Once the order is completed and delivered to the specified ID, sellers fulfill their obligations as per the transaction agreement. Therefore, sellers cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the ID information provided by the buyer.

Can I cancel the balance refund request while it's under processing?
No, we cannot revoke the processing payment. Kindly wait for 7-10 working days once your refund request has been submitted.Notes: Some of the currency‘s balance is refundable to the bank.Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support if you have any inquiries.
How to request a refund for Stripe Payments (Credit/Debit Card)?
You can request a cancellation or refund of your orders that are paid but non-completed, non-delivered, or non-disputed.
1. Where can I request a refund and what do I need to know?
You can find our KALEOZ Support via KaleozChat to provide your payment information. We will process the refund immediately upon your request. Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge (Bank or Card issuer), and the fees from the original charge aren’t returned. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account).
Once the refund is initiated, it cannot be cancelled, and the refund takes approximately 5-10 business days depending on the bank. Stripe will send you an email notification once the refund is processed.

When should I expect my refund?
Check your refunded paid order(s) when you click "My orders" in your KALEOZ account. Here’s what the status means:
Refund status: Refunded
It means: Your order refund is complete on KALEOZ. The money has been processed and credited to your KALEOZ account balance.
NOTE: Do contact KALEOZ Support if you wish to refund the money back to your original form of payment/bank account. Some payment was not able to proceed back to the original method.

When will I receive my refund for rejected Stripe Credit/Debit payment?
This refund went through in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, you won't see a refund credit on your statement—you'll just see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you.
