Can I change my account currency?
A user may change their account currency by making a request with KALEOZ. Please reach out to our KALEOZ Support staff via KChat to assist you on this matter. *Please note that if you have placed an order before, you are no longer able to change your account currency.
Changing my email address and/or mobile phone number
After a user requests to change their email address/mobile number, KALEOZ requires additional identification before we can proceed. This is intended to safeguard your KALEOZ account from potential financial crime, risks, or fraud.
Here is how to proceed:
Step 1: Contact the KALEOZ Support via KChat.
Step 2: Inform the reason that you want to change your email address/mobile number.
Step 3: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to you.- Change email address: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your mobile number- Change mobile number: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your email address
Step 4: Inform the verification code you received to KALEOZ Support.
Step 5: After updating to a new email address/mobile number you need to do:- New email address: reset password before login to your account.- New mobile number: re-verify your mobile number.
How do I reset my password?
Step 1:
From the sign-in page on kaleoz.com, click Sign in > Click "Forget password?"
Step 2:
Enter your email address > Click the checkbox at reCAPTCHA checkout > Click "Send reset password email"
Step 3:
Check your email inbox > Click the link in the email to complete reset password process.
Note: Please check your email JUNK or SPAM folder if you could not find the message in your INBOX.
Step 4:
Enter your new password > Click "Save"
Note: The password reset links included are time-sensitive and for one-time use only. If you click the link and it doesn't work, try requesting a new one and use the link as soon as you can.
How do I enable KChat message notifications?
To enable KChat message notifications, please follow these steps:Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account > Click on "KChat" icon & expand chat.
Step 2:
Within the expanded chat section, click on the "Setting" icon.
Step 3:
In the settings menu, you will find three notification options:Play notification sound: Check this option if you want to receive an audible notification sound when new messages arrive.Enable browser notification: Check this option if you want to receive browser notifications for new KChat messages. This will display a pop-up notification on your screen.Enable offline notification: Check this option if you want to receive email or SMS notifications for new KChat messages when you are offline.Step 4: After checking the desired notification options, click on the "Save" button to save your settings.
How do I change my region setting?
Step 1: Click on the flag at the top right corner of the KALEOZ page.
Step 2: From the Country/Region menu, select your country or region.
Step 3: Click save to update your region.
How do I edit my account information?
Users are allowed to update their profile data HERE.
Click “Edit” to modify the details and then “Save” once you’re done.
How do I verify my phone number?
Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account, then go to "My Profile".
Step 2: Under User Information, click "Set Mobile Phone".Step 3: Choose your Country/Region and enter a valid phone number. Click "send verification SMS" and wait for the verification code message on your phone.Step 4: Enter the verification code and click "Verify mobile phone number".Step 5: Congrats, you've completed the phone number verification step.Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support for further assistance if you're facing any problems.
How do I unlink my SNS account? (Facebook/Twitter/Google/VK/QQ)
Step 1: Login to your account at SEAGM and go to "My Profile".
Step 2: Click on the disconnect icon to unlink your SNS account.
Step 3: Re-login to your account on KALEOZ with the registered email address.

How do I change my username on KALEOZ?
In KALEOZ, users have the flexibility to change their username. Here are the steps to change your username in KALEOZ.
Step 1: Click on your username, then go to the 'User Control Panel' and select 'My Profile'.
Step 2: Under 'User Information', click the 'Modify' button next to your username.
Step 3: In the 'Your Username' section, enter the new username you wish to use in the space provided. Usernames must contain 6 to 32 letters or numbers, and must not include spaces or special characters.
Step 4: Once you have chosen your username, click 'Save' to update it.
Note: If you're not a seller on KALEOZ, usernames can only be modified once every 180 days. If you are a seller on KALEOZ, your username is linked to your store and cannot be easily changed. Step 1: Log in to your KALEOZ account > Go to "My Profile"
Step 2: Under Security, click "Change Password"

How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your Kaleoz account, please follow these steps carefully. Deleting your Kaleoz account will also delete any associated SEAGM-related platform accounts, as they are interconnected. Step 1: Log in to your account at the SEAGM website, then click the user icon on the main page and select "My Account".
Step 2: Go to the User Profile page by clicking on "Edit Profile".
Step 3: Look for the "Delete Account" option on your profile page and click on it. Make sure to read any information that is displayed carefullyStep 4: After confirming your decision, click on "Delete Account." Please note that your account will be frozen/suspended immediately, and it will be completely deleted after a waiting period of 30 days.

1. After you request the account deletion, SEAGM will send you a confirmation email to your registered email address. If you change your mind during the account freeze period, you can cancel the account deletion by following the l
How do I cancel the account deletion request?
These are the steps to cancel your account deletion and restore your account:
Step 1: Go to your mailbox and open the "Delete your account" email sent by SEAGM.
Step 2: Click on the address link shown in the email.
Step 3: Click on the "Cancel Account Deletion" button.
Step 4: Click "Yes, I Would Like To Keep It" to restore your account.
Step 5: Once revoked successfully, you will be redirected to the KALEOZ website.
How to link your social media accounts to KALEOZ?
Follow these simple steps below to link your social media accounts:
Step 1: Go to SEAGM website.
Step 2: Click the icon here and sign in with your email and password.
Step 3: After login, click on My Account.
Step 4: Then click on "Edit".
Step 5: Click on Social Media Account.
Step 6: You may choose the social media account that you wish to link.
Note: You may also create a KALEOZ account using your social media accounts.
