You can contact a seller on KALEOZ using KChat through any of the following methods.
Option 1: From the Product Listing Page
On the product listing page, locate the seller's username.
- If the seller is online, click Chat with Seller to start a conversation immediately.
- If the seller is offline, the button will display Leave Message instead. Click it to send a message, and the seller can reply when they are available.
Option 2: From the Product Page
After opening a product, scroll to the seller's profile section located at the bottom left of the page.
- Click Chat with Seller if the seller is online.
- Click Leave Message if the seller is offline.
This will open KChat, allowing you to communicate directly with the seller.
Option 3: From the My Orders Page
Go to My Orders, where all your purchases are listed.
Under the seller's username, click the KChat icon to contact the seller directly regarding your order.
Seller Availability
The colour of the chat button indicates the seller's availability:
- Blue - The seller is online and available to respond.
- Grey - The seller is offline. You can still leave a message, and the seller will reply when they become available.
Tip: We recommend checking the seller's availability before placing an order. Contacting an available seller can help reduce waiting times and ensure your order is processed more promptly.
