How do I sell items on KALEOZ?
Note: KALEOZ is a C2C (consumer-to-consumer) platform, where each seller is responsible for managing their own orders. This means that KALEOZ does not source, process, or deliver orders on behalf of sellers.
To sell items on KALEOZ, kindly follow these steps:
1. Register as a Seller
Log in to your KALEOZ account.
Click "Become a Seller" from the navigation menu.
Complete the seller verification process by providing your identification and required information.
Submit your application and wait for approval.
2. Create an Item Listing
Go to My Products.
Click "Create new item".
Select the game, item type, and platform.
Enter item details, pricing, delivery method, and upload a cover image.
Click Save and List Product to publish the listing, or save it as a draft for later.

You can view and manage all your orders by navigating to My Sales Orders in your KALEOZ seller account.
This page displays the current status of every order and indicates any action required from you.
Waiting Delivery
Status: The buyer has completed payment, and the order is waiting for the seller to deliver the product or service.
What you should do:
Deliver the order within 72 hours.
After successful delivery, click Delivered.
If you're unable to fulfill the order or the buyer requests a cancellation, click Refund to Buyer.
Important: Orders that are not delivered within 72 hours will be automatically refunded by the system.
Waiting Confirmation
Status: The seller has marked the order as delivered and is waiting for the buyer to confirm receipt.
Under the KALEOZ Protect policy, buyers have up to 72 hours (3 days) to confirm delivery.
What you should know:
Buyers can click Order Received after verifying the delivery.

Send proof of completion after delivery.
Remain respectful, even if customers are impatient.
Keep buyers updated when issues occur.
4. Build a Positive Track Record
Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews.

Seller Rules and Regulations
By registering as a Seller and using the KALEOZ platform, you agree to comply with these Seller Rules and Regulations, the Seller Fee Schedule, all applicable KALEOZ policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
KALEOZ may update these rules from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised rules.
1. Delivery & Fulfilment Responsibilities
Sellers must fulfil orders within the stated delivery timeframe and using the delivery method specified in the item listing.
Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in appropriate action by KALEOZ after considering the circumstances of the case, including the reason for the delay, the impact on Buyers, and the Seller’s fulfilment history.
