When an order is refunded, why is the amount in my KALEOZ Balance less than what I paid? Payment merchants charge a processing fee at the time of payment (shown on the checkout page). When the order is cancelled, only the actual order amount is credited to your KALEOZ Balance.

Will the refund automatically return to my original payment method? No. To request a refund to your original payment method or bank account, you must contact the KALEOZ Support Team.

Do all payment methods support refunds? Not all payment methods are eligible. For example, Cryptocurrency, RazerGold, Neosurf, and KALEOZ Gift Cards cannot be refunded. Balances from these payments can only be used for future purchases on KALEOZ.
