To maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace, all KALEOZ sellers must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the KALEOZ Terms of Service.
1. Selling Illegally Obtained Products or Services
You must not sell any products or services that have been obtained through illegal means, including:
- Hacking or unauthorized access
- Game cheating or exploitation
- Exploiting game bugs or glitches
- Any other unlawful methods
2. Violating Game Publisher Policies
You must not sell products or services that violate the Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), or any other policies established by the game developer or publisher.
3. Fraudulent Transactions
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using stolen or unauthorized credit/debit cards or payment methods.
- Conducting fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
- Using payment methods that you are not legally authorized to use.
Using personal or third-party credit/debit cards to perform top-ups or recharge services is strictly prohibited. Sellers found engaging in this activity may have their accounts suspended or permanently terminated.
4. Money Laundering & Other Illegal Activities
You must not use KALEOZ to facilitate or participate in any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering
- Financial fraud
- Identity fraud
- Any activity prohibited under applicable laws
Enforcement Actions
If a seller is found to have violated any of the above policies, KALEOZ reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Immediately suspend the seller account.
- Freeze or withhold the seller's sales income and account balance.
- Permanently terminate the seller account.
- Remove affected products or listings.
- Report illegal activities to the relevant authorities where required.
- Take any other legal or administrative action deemed necessary.
Seller Responsibility
As a KALEOZ seller, you are responsible for ensuring that every product and service offered on the platform:
- Is legally obtained.
- Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Does not infringe the rights or policies of third parties, including game developers and publishers.
- Complies with all KALEOZ platform rules and policies.
By selling on KALEOZ, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these requirements.
KALEOZ reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
