How do I set up my trading password?
You're required to enter the trading password when making a payment using your KALEOZ balance. Here are the steps to help you set up a trading password.
Step 1: Click on your username, then go to the 'User Control Panel' and select 'My Profile'.
Step 2: Find "Security" and then click on "Change Password".
Step 3: Click on 'Security' in the left-hand menu, scroll down to find 'Trading Password,' and then click 'Set Payment Password'.
Step 4: You can choose to receive the verification code via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. After selecting your preferred method, click 'Send Verification Code'.Step 5: Enter a 6-digit numerical trading password of your choice, then click 'Save Password'.

How to recruit a seller assistant on KALEOZ
To recruit a seller assistant, please refer to the steps below:
Click on your username as displayed and choose “My Assistant” from the drop-down list.
Insert the email address of the person you wish to recruit in the “User email address” box and click “Send”.
Once the recruitment email has been sent, the user will receive an invitation from you and the user is required to click “Accept” in order to become your seller assistant.
What is a seller assistant & what do they do?
A seller assistant can assist in managing orders, product management and also chat with the buyers via Kchat. Take note that the invitation is only valid for 24 hours.
Does the seller assistant require a registered KALEOZ account?
Yes, this is compulsory.
Can a user become a seller assistant of more than one seller?
No, this is not allowed.
Can a seller assistant apply to become a seller?
Once you become an assistant, you’re not eligible
How do KALEOZ protect for buyers?
In what circumstances KALEOZ will cover a buyer's purchase:
The buyer didn't receive their order such as products/services as ordered.
The buyer received a product/service that is significantly different from its description.
How do I get a refund?
All sales are final, and refund requests will not be entertained unless any of the above circumstances occur.
The buyer shall report the same to KALEOZ within 72 hours upon delivery of the products/services. Upon investigation by KALEOZ, the decision of which shall be conclusive and final, a refund may be processed if the report made is valid and true.
The refund shall be made to the buyer within 14 working days depending on the type of payment method you use.
KALEOZ does not cover the following:
Buyers have validated and confirmed the receipt of the order.
Buyer's remorse.
Any transactions made outside of KALEOZ online marketplace.
Any changes/updates by the Official Game Developer or Game Publisher after delivery is successfully c
When should I expect my refund?
Check your refunded paid order(s) when you click "My orders" in your KALEOZ account. Here’s what the status means:
Refund status: Refunded
It means: Your order refund is complete on KALEOZ. The money has been processed and credited to your KALEOZ account balance.
NOTE: Do contact KALEOZ Support if you wish to refund the money back to your original form of payment/bank account. Some payment was not able to proceed back to the original method.
