Close Store Feature
If you're taking a break or are temporarily unable to accept orders, you can use the Close Store feature.
This feature allows you to temporarily close your KALEOZ store without affecting your account data or seller status.
While your store is closed:
All of your product listings will become inactive.
Buyers will not be able to place new orders.
You can still log in and access your KALEOZ account as usual.
You can choose one of the following options:
Manually open or close your store.
Schedule your store to open and close automatically based on your business hours.
Option 1: Manually Open or Close Your Store
Step 1
Log in to your KALEOZ account and go to My Product.
Step 2
Click Close Store to temporarily close your store.
Step 3
When you're ready to resume selling, click Open Store at any time.
Option 2: Schedule Your Store Hours

Enable Schedule Store Hours.
Step 2
Set your business operating hours (UTC+08:00) and click Save.
How do I refund/cancel an order to the buyer?
If the buyer requests for cancellation or there is a mistake on your order listing and you wish to cancel your order, you may click on “Refund to Buyer” to cancel the order.For a seller to refund an order to the buyer, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your My Sales Orders. Click on the order number "KXXXXXXX" or the "Order details".
Step 2: On the "Order details" page, click on "Refund to Buyer".
Step 3: Select the appropriate option in the "Refund Reason" list.
Step 4: Type in the refund description, then click on "Refund".Notes: Once the order is refunded, the money will be credited to the buyer's KALEOZ Account Balance immediately. If the buyer request to refund the balance back to their bank, kindly ask the buyer to contact KALEOZ Support for further assistance.

How do I sell items on KALEOZ?
Note: KALEOZ is a C2C (consumer-to-consumer) platform, where each seller is responsible for managing their own orders. This means that KALEOZ does not source, process, or deliver orders on behalf of sellers.
To sell items on KALEOZ, kindly follow these steps:
1. Register as a Seller
Log in to your KALEOZ account.
Click "Become a Seller" from the navigation menu.
Complete the seller verification process by providing your identification and required information.
Submit your application and wait for approval.
2. Create an Item Listing
Go to My Products.
Click "Create new item".
Select the game, item type, and platform.
Enter item details, pricing, delivery method, and upload a cover image.
Click Save and List Product to publish the listing, or save it as a draft for later.
3. Optimize Your Listing

How do I check my purchase history?
Step 1: Log in to your KALEOZ account. From your control panel, go to "My Orders" to view all the orders that you have made.Step 2: Clicking on the Order ID (KXXXXXXX) will let you check the order details. You may also click the Payment ID (PXXXXXXX) to check payment details.
