We understand that having your seller application rejected can be frustrating. To help you better understand, here are some common reasons why your seller application might have been rejected.
1. Incomplete or Inaccurate Information
Some of the details you submitted were missing, incorrect, or didn’t match your official documents. For example, if the name on your submitted ID doesn’t exactly match the name in your application, we may not be able to verify your identity. We advise you to carefully review your application, correct any mistakes, and resubmit the form with accurate and complete information.
2. Age Eligibility Requirements for Application
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to become a seller on our platform. Any seller applications from individuals under 18 years of age will be rejected.
3. Uploaded Documents Were Invalid or Unreadable
When you submit documents as part of your application, they must be clear, valid, and easy to read. Here are some of the common issues that caused your seller application to be rejected
- Photos or scans that are out of focus or too dark
We strongly recommend utilizing optimal lighting conditions when capturing images, with natural daylight being the most effective. Additionally, please ensure that your device is held steadily to avoid any blurring.
- Partial images where important information is cut off
We advise that you carefully position your camera or scanner to ensure the entire document is fully captured within the frame. It is important to avoid cropping any edges or important details to maintain the document’s completeness and clarity.
- Documents that are near expiration, expired, or no longer valid
We strongly advise that you verify the expiration dates on your documents prior to uploading. For documents nearing expiration, they must have at least six months of validity remaining to be submitted. Kindly submit only current and valid documents that are accepted by the platform. If your documents are expired, please ensure they are renewed before proceeding with your application.
4. Multiple KALEOZ Account Registration and Submission of Multiple Applications Using Multiple Accounts
According to our terms and conditions, users are only permitted to have one KALEOZ account. If you have multiple KALEOZ account or already successfully registered as a seller on our platform, submitting another seller application may result in its rejection.
5. Violation of KALEOZ rules and regulations
If your application involves using someone else’s identity or violates any of the rules and regulations set by our platform, it may result in immediate rejection of your application and possible permanent suspension from the platform. To avoid this, please ensure all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complies with our seller policies and local regulations. Please note that KALEOZ reserves the right to amend the seller application policy without prior notice.
