If you’ve forgotten your KALEOZ password, don’t worry resetting your password is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through the steps to reset your KALEOZ password so you can regain access to your account safely and securely.
Step 1: Go to the top right corner of the page and click 'Login/Sign Up'. You will then be redirected to the KALEOZ login/sign-up page.
Step 2: In the 'Sign in to KALEOZ' section, click 'Forgot password?' to be redirected to the password reset page.
Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your KALEOZ account, then click 'Send Verification Code' to receive your verification code.
Step 4: Please log in to your email account and locate the message containing the verification code in your inbox.
Note: If you have not received the verification code email, kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.
- Check your spam or junk folder as the verification code email may sometimes end up there.
- Ensure the email address associated with your account is entered correctly.
- Check if your email provider has filters that might block messages from our domain.
- Check if your email inbox has sufficient storage space to receive new emails.
Step 5: Kindly enter the verification code that was sent to your email in the designated field. Please be aware that the code is valid for 10 minutes only. If it is not used within the time period, you will need to request a new verification code.
Step 6: Enter a new password containing 8–20 characters, including both uppercase and lowercase letters and at least one number. Do not use any symbols or special characters. Click 'Save Password' to complete the password reset process.
