How do I contact a buyer?
Communication between buyers and sellers can be done via KChat by clicking on the chat box icon below the buyer's name.
How do I contact a seller?
To contact a seller on KALEOZ, you have multiple options to initiate a conversation using KChat. Here's a guide for contacting sellers:1. From the Product Listing Page:Click on "Chat with seller" below the seller's username to start a conversation with the seller directly. If the seller is offline, you will see "Leave message" instead. Click on it to leave a message for the seller.2. From the Product Page:After clicking on a specific product, navigate to the product page. In the bottom left corner of the page, you will find the seller's profile section. Look for the "Chat with Seller" (if the seller is online) or the "Leave Message"  (if the seller is offline). Click on it to start a conversation with the seller directly.3. From the My Orders Page:Go to the "My Orders" page, where all your orders are displayed. KALEOZ Customer Service and Support Contact Guide
On KALEOZ platform, there are multiple ways to contact KALEOZ Customer Service and Support. 1. KALEOZ Support - Visit the "Contact Us" page, and click on the "KALEOZ Support" button to initiate a chat with KALEOZ support. 2. Support Message - Click on the "Support Message" option to send a new message to KALEOZ. - A customer service officer will respond to your message within 24 hours. 3. Facebook Messenger/Instagram Direct - You can also reach out to us by sending a message via Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct. 4. Support Message is another way for users to leave messages to KALEOZ. We recommend that users use Kchat instead of support messages to get quicker responses. Click HERE if you wish to leave us a message.*Please note that you are only able to leave us the font message in Support Message. Kindly contact us through Kchat if you wish to send us a picture/screenshot.Here's a short guide on how to use Support Message.Step 1. Go to "Support Message". Why is my withdrawal transaction delayed?
Withdrawal will be processed during normal working days (Monday-Friday) except National Public Holidays. Kindly refer to the Malaysian Calendar. Should you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to Contact Us.
I paid for my order, but why is my order status still not paid?
Due to latency issues, the payment in the payment service provider's system may be delayed, please wait at least 1 to 2 hours. If the payment status has not changed after 2 hours, please contact our KALEOZ Support and let us assist you in this issue.
Is there a limit to the payment amount for a single order?
Yes, each user will have a preset single payment limit, weekly payment limit, and monthly payment limit. Users can contact our KALEOZ Support via Kchat to increase the payment limit. Notes: Payment limits vary for all available currencies.
Can I cancel the balance refund request while it's under processing?
No, we cannot revoke the processing payment. Kindly wait for 7-10 working days once your refund request has been submitted.Notes: Some of the currency‘s balance is refundable to the bank.Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support if you have any inquiries.
Why do I got charged more than the merchant's total price when I used the Stripe Credit/Debit Card to pay for the order?

Why did my payment attempt fail?
It's possible that the payment you're referring to has been stopped by the payment source. When a payment is stopped, it may be a pattern associated with a higher-than-normal risk detected by the internal security system. Failed payment may be caused by one of the reasons below: Insufficient balance in your bank account/card. Incorrect payment details entered.Payment might not be able to proceed if the mobile number is unverified.  Payment limit reached. You are advised to use alternative payment methods available by selecting your country. Declined by the bank. Contact the respective bank to inquire about the issue. Why I can't submit a seller application?
There is no withdrawal method available for your transaction currency at the moment. Therefore, you're unable to submit a seller application. How do I unlink my SNS account? (Facebook/Twitter/Google/VK/QQ)
Step 1: Login to your account at SEAGM and go to "My Profile". Step 2: Click on the disconnect icon to unlink your SNS account. Step 3: Re-login to your account on KALEOZ with the registered email address. Alternatively, you may contact KALEOZ Support for further assistance.
Do I have to register a Rapyd account to withdraw my income?
No, you don't have to. Rapyd is our payout service provider. You may use a local bank to withdraw your income.Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support for more inquiries.

1. Why is my payment attempts failed? Kindly note that our system uses a fraud solution to manage our credit card payments via Stripe. This solution uses AI and machine learning algorithms to determine whether accepting the payment is safe. The payment tends to fail/decline if our system detects a higher risk. 2. My payment goes through on the first order but is declined for the following order. Why was that?Due to circumstances beyond our control, our system tends to let your first credit/debit card payment get passed it much more easily.  If you managed to pay your first order but failed to make consecutive payments, we would advise you not to try more than 3 times of payment attempts in a short period of time after being rejected. This is to avoid being blocked by the system after a frequently failed payment. 3. Why is my Cryptocurrency payment successful but my order still shows waiting payment?

How do I cancel an order that has already been paid for?
To cancel an order after payment, buyers will need to contact the respective seller via KChat to cancel their order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically after 3 days (72 hours).
