By registering as a Seller and using the KALEOZ platform, you agree to comply with these Seller Rules and Regulations, the Seller Fee Schedule, all applicable KALEOZ policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.
KALEOZ may update these rules from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised rules.
1. Delivery & Fulfilment Responsibilities
- Sellers must fulfil orders within the stated delivery timeframe and using the delivery method specified in the item listing.
- Failure to meet delivery requirements may result in appropriate action by KALEOZ after considering the circumstances of the case, including the reason for the delay, the impact on Buyers, and the Seller’s fulfilment history.
2. Proof of Delivery

Sellers must retain delivery evidence for every order by:
- Taking screenshots before and after delivery; or
- Recording a complete delivery video.
- Screenshots can be uploaded through the Order Log on the Order Details page.
- If submitting a video, email it to [email protected] with the subject: "Video Recording of Order KXXXXXXX"
- Sellers should retain delivery evidence for at least 90 days after order completion.
- Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect dispute outcomes.
3. Communication Policy
- All communication between buyers and sellers must take place exclusively through the KALEOZ Order Log messaging system or KChat.
- Communication outside the platform for order-related matters is prohibited.
4. Off-Platform Transactions
To protect Buyers, Sellers, and the integrity of the KALEOZ marketplace, Sellers are not permitted to bypass KALEOZ transaction processes.
4.1 Contact Information
Sellers must not include personal contact information in listings, including:
- Phone numbers;
- Email addresses;
- Social media accounts;
- External Website; or
- Any other contact method intended to redirect Buyers away from KALEOZ.
4.2 Direct Contact and External Transactions
Sellers must not:
- Share personal contact information with Buyers for order-related purposes;
- Request Buyers to communicate or transact outside KALEOZ;
- Request payment or complete transactions outside KALEOZ.
Where a violation occurs, KALEOZ may take appropriate action depending on severity, including:
- Warning for first-time violations;
- Account suspension for repeated violations;
- Temporary withholding of Seller funds for investigation or recovery of losses.
5. Fraudulent Activity
Sellers must not engage in activities intended to manipulate, deceive, or unfairly influence the marketplace, including:
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate marketplace activity;
- Purchasing their own listings or arranging artificial transactions;
- Creating fake orders, reviews, or ratings;
- Manipulating sales performance profiles.
KALEOZ reviews account activity and transaction records when investigating fraud. Involved accounts may be restricted, suspended, or terminated depending on the severity of the violation.
KALEOZ may take reasonable steps to recover any losses resulting from fraudulent activities.
6. Professional Conduct
Sellers must communicate and interact with Buyers in a professional and respectful manner.
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment;
- Abusive language;
- Threats;
- Discrimination;
- Any inappropriate or harmful behaviour.
KALEOZ may investigate reported misconduct and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.
7. Seller Fulfilment, Cancellations and Refunds
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate, available, and able to be fulfilled.
Sellers should avoid cancelling orders due to reasons within their control, including:
- Stock unavailability;
- Incorrect pricing;
- Failure to deliver;
- Accidental listings; or
- Any other avoidable fulfilment failure, unless otherwise approved by KALEOZ.
Where a cancellation or refund occurs due to Seller-related issues, KALEOZ may, after reviewing the circumstances:
- Recover reasonable costs associated with the refund or transaction handling;
- Deduct applicable amounts from Seller balances or future payouts;
- Apply penalties according to the Seller Fee Schedule;
- Restrict or terminate Seller accounts in cases of repeated or serious violations.
Any fees, charges, or penalties imposed under this section shall remain payable unless waived or adjusted by KALEOZ following a review of the relevant circumstances.
8. Seller Cooperation
- Sellers must reasonably cooperate with KALEOZ in any investigation, dispute, verification process, or request for information relating to orders or Seller activities.
- Failure to reasonably cooperate may result in delays to payouts, account restrictions, suspension, or other appropriate action, depending on the circumstances.
9. KALEOZ Rights
- KALEOZ reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Seller Rules and Regulations, including reviewing account activity, transaction records, and other relevant information.
- KALEOZ may take appropriate action based on the circumstances of each case, including restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating Seller accounts that violate these policies or any applicable KALEOZ rules.
