How do I leave a message for KALEOZ? What is Support Message?
Support Message is another way for users to leave messages to KALEOZ. We recommend that users use Kchat instead of support messages to get quicker responses. Click HERE if you wish to leave us a message.*Please note that you are only able to leave us the font message in Support Message. Kindly contact us through Kchat if you wish to send us a picture/screenshot.Here's a short guide on how to use Support Message.Step 1. Go to "Support Message". Click "Send New Message to KALEOZ".Step 2. Type in the message then clicks "Send Message". You will receive our response shortly.
How do I enable KChat message notifications?
To enable KChat message notifications, please follow these steps:Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account > Click on "KChat" icon & expand chat.

Within the expanded chat section, click on the "Setting" icon.
Step 3:
In the settings menu, you will find three notification options:Play notification sound: Check this option if you want to receive an audible notification sound when new messages arrive.Enable browser notification: Check this option if you want to receive browser notifications for new KChat messages. This will display a pop-up notification on your screen.Enable offline notification: Check this option if you want to receive email or SMS notifications for new KChat messages when you are offline.Step 4: After checking the desired notification options, click on the "Save" button to save your settings.

To contact a seller on KALEOZ, you have multiple options to initiate a conversation using KChat. Here's a guide for contacting sellers:1. From the Product Listing Page:Click on "Chat with seller" below the seller's username to start a conversation with the seller directly. If the seller is offline, you will see "Leave message" instead. Click on it to leave a message for the seller.2. From the Product Page:After clicking on a specific product, navigate to the product page. In the bottom left corner of the page, you will find the seller's profile section. Look for the "Chat with Seller" (if the seller is online) or the "Leave Message" (if the seller is offline). Click on it to start a conversation with the seller directly.3. From the My Orders Page:Go to the "My Orders" page, where all your orders are displayed. Is there a limit for how many items I can add to my shopping cart?
Yes, you can only add up to 5 items to your shopping cart. If you add more than five items, an error message shown in the figure below will be displayed.
How do I setup quick replies and use it in KChat?
Step 1: Go to the KChat Settings page.Step 2: You may save the frequently used message under the Quick Reply settings section. You can set up to 10 quick replies with a maximum of 250 words each.
Step 3: Click "Save" once you have input the messages.
Step 4: Start a chat on the KChat page. Click on the "Quick Reply" icon right beside the text box.
Step 5: When the list of saved quick replies pops up, select the one you'd like to send.
Step 6: Once a Quick Reply is selected, the message will be sent.
Notes: You can add, remove or edit your quick replies by clicking the "Edit" icon.
I did not get any SMS verification codes when processing payment. What can I do?

Step 3: Customise the contents of your reply (up to 500 words).

How do I verify my phone number?
Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account, then go to "My Profile".
Step 2: Under User Information, click "Set Mobile Phone".Step 3: Choose your Country/Region and enter a valid phone number. How do I check the seller last active time?
Step 1: Click on the seller's username to check the seller's profile.Step 2: Seller's last active time will be shown here. "Leave message" means the seller is offline right now.Notes: Kindly place an order from the active seller to avoid long waiting times.

Step 2: Click on "Start Earning" and link to the Seller Verification form below.
Step 3: Fill in the form with your FULL NAME, DOCUMENT/NUMBER, ADDRESS, and TAX INFORMATION (if applicable) exactly as it appears on your Identity Card, Passport, Driver's License, or Residence Permit.
Step 4: After filling in all the details, click on "Submit Seller Verification".
Step 5: You will need to click on the "LINK to complete seller verification" to proceed with document submission.
