Communication between buyers and sellers can be done via KChat by clicking on the chat box icon below the buyer's name.
How do I contact a seller?
To contact a seller on KALEOZ, you have multiple options to initiate a conversation using KChat. Here's a guide for contacting sellers:1. From the Product Listing Page:Click on "Chat with seller" below the seller's username to start a conversation with the seller directly. If the seller is offline, you will see "Leave message" instead. Click on it to leave a message for the seller.2. From the Product Page:After clicking on a specific product, navigate to the product page. In the bottom left corner of the page, you will find the seller's profile section. Look for the "Chat with Seller" (if the seller is online) or the "Leave Message"  (if the seller is offline). Click on it to start a conversation with the seller directly.3. From the My Orders Page:Go to the "My Orders" page, where all your orders are displayed. Below the seller's username, you will find the KChat icon. Click on it to contact the seller directly.Additional info: A BLUE dialogue box means that the seller is online,
I have delivered the order but the buyer did not confirm the delivery
You may try to contact the buyer through KChat and request the buyer to confirm the delivery of the order. However, if the buyer does not confirm the delivery order after 3 days, the order will be automatically marked as completed by the system.
How do I refund/cancel an order to the buyer?
If the buyer requests for cancellation or there is a mistake on your order listing and you wish to cancel your order, you may click on “Refund to Buyer” to cancel the order.For a seller to refund an order to the buyer, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to your My Sales Orders. Click on the order number "KXXXXXXX" or the "Order details". Step 2: On the "Order details" page, click on "Refund to Buyer". Step 3: Select the appropriate option in the "Refund Reason" list. Step 4: Type in the refund description, then click on "Refund".Notes: Once the order is refunded, the money will be credited to the buyer's KALEOZ Account Balance immediately.  If the buyer request to refund the balance back to their bank, kindly ask the buyer to contact KALEOZ Support for further assistance.

Support Message is another way for users to leave messages to KALEOZ. We recommend that users use Kchat instead of support messages to get quicker responses. If You Have the Product: If you have the requested product to trade, you can initiate the trade in-game with the buyer just as you normally would. Proceed with the transaction as usual to complete the order. 2. If You Don't Have the Product: If you no longer have the product to trade or you have run out of stock, follow these steps: a. Seller Rules and Regulations
Sellers must deliver within the stipulated delivery speed time using the delivery method stated in the listed item's description. Sellers must capture screenshots both before and after each trade or record a video as evidence of delivery. The delivery evidence can be shared on the Order Details page in the Order Log section.
