Why is my order marked "Expired"?
When your order is marked as 'Expired,' it means that the transaction or payment associated with the order was not completed within the designated time frame. All unpaid orders are subject to automatic expiration within 1 hour of creation. This is done to ensure efficient order processing and to make products available for other customers. If you still wish to purchase the items, you can create a new order. Be sure to complete the payment within the specified time frame to avoid expiration.
Payment Success with 'Expired' StatusIn case you have successfully made a payment but your order still reflects an 'Expired' status, no need to worry. Please contact Kaleoz support with the payment receipt, and we will assist you promptly.

In what circumstances sellers are covered by KALEOZ
When a buyer is trying to dispute an order, and you as a seller manage to provide a complete set of delivery proof based on our services requirement, the seller will be reimbursed.
All listings and account must be in line with our User Agreement
KALEOZ does not cover the following:
Unable to provide a complete set of delivery proof in the event of a trade dispute.
Any transactions made outside of KALEOZ online marketplace.
Incomplete order / Non-delivery order
Product or services not as described
When a seller is trying to scam or intentionally fraud a transaction. KALEOZ reserve the right to permanently suspend the seller account and any available sales withdrawal will be canceled.

Why is the transaction amount charged on my bank account/e-wallet different from the amount shown on my order?
KALEOZ provides different kinds of payment channels for the convenience of customers from all countries to make payments. However, some of the service providers might charge certain processing fees on the transactions made, based on the agreed rate which can be found under the list of KALEOZ payment methods.
As the processing fee for each payment method is different, it is excluded from the order price. Once you have selected the payment method, our system will automatically calculate the total price, including the processing fees.

I accidentally clicked on “Delivered” without delivering the order. What can I do?
If you accidentally clicked on "Delivered" without actually delivering the order, don't worry. There are steps you can take to resolve the situation. Please follow the guidelines below:
1. If You Have the Product:
If you have the requested product to trade, you can initiate the trade in-game with the buyer just as you normally would. Proceed with the transaction as usual to complete the order.
2. If You Don't Have the Product:
If you no longer have the product to trade or you have run out of stock, follow these steps:
a. Communicate with the Buyer:- Reach out to the buyer and explain the situation. Let them know that you accidentally marked the order as "Delivered" without actually delivering the product.b. Request a Refund:- Ask the buyer to click on the "Request refund" option. This will initiate the refund process.c. Agree to Refund:- As the seller, you should click on the "Agree refund" option to confirm the cancellation of the order and proceed with the refund process.

Step 3: Once clicked, a QR code will be generated for the order created and should only use for payment ONCE.

How to request a refund for Stripe Payments (Credit/Debit Card)?
You can request a cancellation or refund of your orders that are paid but non-completed, non-delivered, or non-disputed.
1. Where can I request a refund and what do I need to know?
You can find our KALEOZ Support via KaleozChat to provide your payment information. We will process the refund immediately upon your request. Refunds can be sent back only to the original payment method used in a charge (Bank or Card issuer), and the fees from the original charge aren’t returned. It’s not possible to send a refund to a different destination (e.g., another card or bank account).
Once the refund is initiated, it cannot be cancelled, and the refund takes approximately 5-10 business days depending on the bank. Stripe will send you an email notification once the refund is processed.
