How do I setup quick replies and use it in KChat?
Step 1: Go to the KChat Settings page.Step 2: You may save the frequently used message under the Quick Reply settings section. You can set up to 10 quick replies with a maximum of 250 words each.
Step 3: Click "Save" once you have input the messages.
Step 4: Start a chat on the KChat page. Click on the "Quick Reply" icon right beside the text box.
Step 5: When the list of saved quick replies pops up, select the one you'd like to send.
Step 6: Once a Quick Reply is selected, the message will be sent.
Notes: You can add, remove or edit your quick replies by clicking the "Edit" icon.
How do I check the seller last active time?
Step 1: Click on the seller's username to check the seller's profile.Step 2: Seller's last active time will be shown here. "Leave message" means the seller is offline right now.Notes: Kindly place an order from the active seller to avoid long waiting times.
How do I view my account transaction history?
Step 1: Sign in to your KALEOZ account then click "My Account".Step 2: On the My Account page, you can check your account transactions in the "Transaction History" section as shown below.
How do I check a buyer's purchase history?
There are two ways for the seller to check the buyer's purchase history from your store.1. Search for the buyer's username on the "My Sales Orders" page.
2. View the buyer's purchase history under the "Transaction" tab in Kchat.Step 1: Click on the bottom right chat bubble and enlarge the Kchat to a new tab.Step 2: Select the buyer of your choice and click on the "Transaction" tab.Step 3: You may now view the buyer's purchase history here.
Why is the transaction amount charged on my bank account/e-wallet different from the amount shown on my order?
KALEOZ provides different kinds of payment channels for the convenience of customers from all countries to make payments. However, some of the service providers might charge certain processing fees on the transactions made, based on the agreed rate which can be found under the list of KALEOZ payment methods.
As the processing fee for each payment method is different, it is excluded from the order price. Once you have selected the payment method, our system will automatically calculate the total price, including the processing fees.

Why do I got charged more than the merchant's total price when I used the Stripe Credit/Debit Card to pay for the order?

Step 1: Click on the flag at the top right corner of the KALEOZ page.

Why my seller application has been rejected?
Your seller application will be rejected if:ID/Passport invalid.Blur image.The applicant's name doesn't match the ID/Passport.Multiple registrations.Violating rules and regulations.KALEOZ reserves the right to amend the seller application policy without prior notice.
How do I proceed with withdrawal verification?
To proceed with withdrawal verification, follow the steps below:
Mouse over your KALEOZ account name, then click on “Withdraw funds”.
Click on “Proceed withdrawal verification”.
Upload the required verification documents and click on “Submit Withdrawal Account Verification”.*Notes: Your application will be processed within 24 hours.
How do I set the purchase limit for my listings?

Paying for your order with Cryptocurrency on KALEOZ
Cryptocurrency is an encrypted data string that denotes a unit of currency. It is monitored and organized by a peer-to-peer network called a blockchain.
Follow these simple steps below to pay with Cryptocurrency:
Step 1: Add the item you would like to purchase to your cart. Then click "Pay Now".
Step 2: Choose "Online Payment" and select "Cryptocurrency". Then proceed with "Pay Now".
Important Note: Cryptocurrency payments are NOT refundable. You must ensure that the transaction amount keyed in or displayed is correct before confirming the transaction. Once confirmed, the transaction cannot be revoked, canceled, or refunded.

What should I include in my item descriptions?
Your items’ descriptions must be relevant and concise according to the item you’re selling. Please make sure that the information provided is correct to prevent any possible misunderstanding or inconvenience to buyers.
It is always good to include your online time and downtime according to your local timezone so that the buyer would know when to expect you to deliver the items or respond to their KChat inquiries.

Prohibition of Illegal Activities for Sellers
As a seller on KALEOZ, you must comply with all local laws and regulations, as well as our platform's policies regarding prohibited activities. Specifically, sellers are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
1. Selling products or services obtained through illegal means, such as hacking, cheating, or exploiting game bugs or glitches.
2. Selling products or services that violate the terms and conditions of the game developers or publishers.
3. Engaging in unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to using stolen credit cards or other forms of payment, and initiating chargebacks or refunds without proper justification, is not allowed in the charging service. Any attempt to use credit cards to charge for services in the charging service will result in the account being suspended or terminated.
4. Using KALOEZ to facilitate any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering.

You may click on "My Sales Orders" to check your sales order history.
· Waiting Delivery - Paid order awaiting for the seller to deliver.Sellers will be given 72 hours to deliver the products/services. Otherwise, our system will refund the order automatically.- Click on the “Delivered” button once you've delivered the goods.- You may choose "Refund to Buyer" if you're unable to deliver the goods or the buyer request to refund the order. (To avoid bad reviews from buyers).· Waiting Confirmation - Delivered order waiting for the buyer to confirm the delivery.For security reasons and in accordance with the KALEOZ Protect policy, sellers need to wait for buyers to click 'Order Received' after completing an order.- The system will automatically mark a delivered order as completed after 72 hours (3 days).- Sellers may contact the buyer through KChat to inform the delivered order and ask for a good review.· Refunding - Buyer requested a refund for an order.
