A user may change their account currency by making a request with KALEOZ. Please reach out to our KALEOZ Support staff via KChat to assist you on this matter. *Please note that if you have placed an order before, you are no longer able to change your account currency.

If you’ve forgotten your KALEOZ password, don’t worry resetting your password is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through the steps to reset your KALEOZ password so you can regain access to your account safely and securely.
Step 1: Go to the top right corner of the page and click 'Login/Sign Up'. You will then be redirected to the KALEOZ login/sign-up page.
Step 2: In the 'Sign in to KALEOZ' section, click 'Forgot password?' to be redirected to the password reset page.
Step 3: Enter the email address associated with your KALEOZ account, then click 'Send Verification Code' to receive your verification code.
Step 4: Please log in to your email account and locate the message containing the verification code in your inbox.
Note: If you have not received the verification code email, kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

How do I enable KChat message notifications?
To enable KChat message notifications, please follow these steps:Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account > Click on "KChat" icon & expand chat.

Within the expanded chat section, click on the "Setting" icon.
Step 3:
In the settings menu, you will find three notification options:Play notification sound: Check this option if you want to receive an audible notification sound when new messages arrive.Enable browser notification: Check this option if you want to receive browser notifications for new KChat messages. This will display a pop-up notification on your screen.Enable offline notification: Check this option if you want to receive email or SMS notifications for new KChat messages when you are offline.Step 4: After checking the desired notification options, click on the "Save" button to save your settings.
How do I change my region setting?
Step 1: Click on the flag at the top right corner of the KALEOZ page.
Step 2: From the Country/Region menu, select your country or region.
Step 3: Click save to update your region.
How do I edit my account information?
Users are allowed to update their profile data HERE.
Click “Edit” to modify the details and then “Save” once you’re done.
How do I verify my phone number?
Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account, then go to "My Profile".
Step 2: Under User Information, click "Set Mobile Phone".Step 3: Choose your Country/Region and enter a valid phone number. Click "send verification SMS" and wait for the verification code message on your phone.Step 4: Enter the verification code and click "Verify mobile phone number".Step 5: Congrats, you've completed the phone number verification step.Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support for further assistance if you're facing any problems.
How do I unlink my SNS account? (Facebook/Twitter/Google/VK/QQ)
Step 1: Login to your account at SEAGM and go to "My Profile".
Step 2: Click on the disconnect icon to unlink your SNS account.
Step 3: Re-login to your account on KALEOZ with the registered email address.

How do I change my username on KALEOZ?
In KALEOZ, users have the flexibility to change their username. Here are the steps to change your username in KALEOZ.
Step 1: Click on your username. Under the 'User Control Panel' section, find and click on 'My Profile'.
Step 2: Under 'User Information' section, click the 'Modify' button next to your username.
Step 3: In the 'Your Username' section, enter the new username you wish to use in the space provided. Usernames must contain 6 to 32 letters or numbers, and must not include spaces or special characters.
Step 4: Once you have chosen your username, click 'Save' to update it.
Note: Please choose your username carefully, as it can only be changed once every 180 days. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact Kaleoz Support via Kchat for further assistance.
How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your Kaleoz account, please follow these steps carefully. Deleting your Kaleoz account will also delete any associated SEAGM-related platform accounts, as they are interconnected. Step 1: Log in to your account at the SEAGM website, then click the user icon on the main page and select "My Account".
Step 2: Go to the User Profile page by clicking on "Edit Profile".
Step 3: Look for the "Delete Account" option on your profile page and click on it. Make sure to read any information that is displayed carefullyStep 4: After confirming your decision, click on "Delete Account." Please note that your account will be frozen/suspended immediately, and it will be completely deleted after a waiting period of 30 days.

These are the steps to cancel your account deletion and restore your account:
Step 1: Go to your mailbox and open the "Delete your account" email sent by SEAGM.
Step 2: Click on the address link shown in the email.
Step 3: Click on the "Cancel Account Deletion" button.
Step 4: Click "Yes, I Would Like To Keep It" to restore your account.
Step 5: Once revoked successfully, you will be redirected to the KALEOZ website.
How to link your social media accounts to KALEOZ?
Follow these simple steps below to link your social media accounts:
Step 1: Go to SEAGM website.
Step 2: Click the icon here and sign in with your email and password.
Step 3: After login, click on My Account.
Step 4: Then click on "Edit".
Step 5: Click on Social Media Account.
Step 6: You may choose the social media account that you wish to link.
Note: You may also create a KALEOZ account using your social media accounts.
How Do I Set Up and Change My Avatar on KALEOZ?
In KALEOZ, users can freely set up and change their avatars at any time. By doing so, you can personalize your profile and express your identity within the platform.
Here are the steps to set up and change your avatar.
Step 1: Click on your username. Under the 'User Control Panel' section, find and click on 'My Profile'.
Step 2: Under 'User Information' section, click the 'Modify' button next to your username.
Step 3: Go to the "Your Photo" section and click "Upload". Please note that your image size must not exceed 2MB. Select an image from your device and confirm the upload to update your avatar. Once successfully uploaded, your new avatar will appear on your profile, in KChat conversations, and in your seller stores.

How to Change Your KALEOZ Password
Protecting your KALEOZ account is important because it contains personal and transactional information and updating your password is a quick way to enhance its security. This guide provides simple and clear steps to help you change your password with ease.
Step 1: Click on your username. Under the 'User Control Panel' section, find and click on 'My Profile'.
Step 2: Click 'Security' and then navigate to 'Password' section and then click 'Change Password'.
Step 3: Enter your current password and your new password in the fields provided, then click 'Save Password' to complete the change.
Note: The password must be 8–20 characters long, include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, and must not contain any symbols or special characters. We also advise changing your password regularly such as every three to six months to reduce the risk of password theft.
