is responsible for managing their own orders. This means that KALEOZ
does not source, process, or deliver orders on behalf of sellers.
How to Sell Items on KALEOZ
To start selling items on KALEOZ, follow the steps below.
1. Register as a Seller
- Log in to your KALEOZ account.
- Click "Become a Seller" from the navigation menu.
- Complete the seller verification process by providing your identification and required information.
- Submit your application and wait for approval.
2. Create an Item Listing
- Go to My Products.
- Click "Create new item".
- Select the game, item type, and platform.
- Enter the item details, pricing, delivery method, and upload a cover image.
- Click Save and List Product to publish the listing, or save it as a draft for later.
3. Optimize Your Listing
Make sure your listing provides clear and accurate information, including:
- Clear item descriptions.
- Estimated delivery time.
- Trading method and requirements.
- Accurate screenshots or photos, where applicable.
4. Manage Your Product Listings
Keep your listings up to date by regularly reviewing and updating:
- Titles.
- Prices.
- Photos.
- Descriptions and delivery methods.
Save your changes and relist the product if necessary.
5. Handle Sales Orders
- Go to My Sales Orders.
- Open the relevant Order Details.
- Deliver the item as described in your listing.
- Keep evidence of delivery. Screenshots or recordings are recommended.
- Communicate through KALEOZ's messaging systems.
6. Withdraw Your Earnings
- Complete your bank account and account holder information.
- Proceed with bank account verification.
- Submit your withdrawal request.
- Your withdrawal will be processed during normal working days.
