To sell items on KALEOZ, kindly follow these steps:
1. Register as a Seller
- Log in to your KALEOZ account.
- Click "Become a Seller" from the navigation menu.
- Complete the seller verification process by providing your identification and required information.
- Submit your application and wait for approval.
2. Create an Item Listing
- Go to My Products.
- Click "Create new item".
- Select the game, item type, and platform.
- Enter item details, pricing, delivery method, and upload a cover image.
- Click Save and List Product to publish the listing, or save it as a draft for later.
3. Optimize Your Listing
- Clear item descriptions.
- Estimated delivery time.
- Trading method and requirements.
- Accurate screenshots or photos, where applicable.
4. Manage Your Product Listings
- Edit titles.
- Update prices.
- Update photos.
- Modify descriptions and delivery methods.
- Save changes and relist if necessary.
5. Handle Sales Orders
- Go to My Sales Orders.
- Open Order Details.
- Deliver the item according to your listing.
- Keep evidence of delivery (screenshots or recordings are recommended).
- Communicate through KALEOZ's messaging systems.
6. Withdraw Earnings
- Complete your bank account and holder information.
- Proceed with bank account verification.
- Submit your withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal will be processed during normal working days.
