How do I respond to a buyer review?
Here's how to reply:
Step 1: Go to "My Sales Orders" and find the order for the review that you want to reply to.
Step 2: Click "Comment".
Step 3: Rate the buyer and enter your response.
Step 4: Click "Post Comment".
Note: You can only reply once to a review, and you can't edit or retract that reply.
How do I unlink my SNS account? (Facebook/Twitter/Google/VK/QQ)
Step 1: Login to your account at SEAGM and go to "My Profile".
Step 2: Click on the disconnect icon to unlink your SNS account.
Step 3: Re-login to your account on KALEOZ with the registered email address.
Alternatively, you may contact KALEOZ Support for further assistance.
How do I view my account transaction history?
Step 1: Sign in to your KALEOZ account then click "My Account".Step 2: On the My Account page, you can check your account transactions in the "Transaction History" section as shown below.
Why is my Cryptocurrency payment successful but my order still shows waiting payment?
It may be a system delay issue that the payment sometimes might be stuck/delayed. Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support to capture the payment. Once your payment has been captured, your order will be paid automatically.
How do I verify my phone number?
Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account, then go to "My Profile".
Step 2: Under User Information, click "Set Mobile Phone".Step 3: Choose your Country/Region and enter a valid phone number. Click "send verification SMS" and wait for the verification code message on your phone.Step 4: Enter the verification code and click "Verify mobile phone number".Step 5: Congrats, you've completed the phone number verification step.Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support for further assistance if you're facing any problems.
Changing my email address and/or mobile phone number
After a user requests to change their email address/mobile number, KALEOZ requires additional identification before we can proceed. This is intended to safeguard your KALEOZ account from potential financial crime, risks, or fraud.
Here is how to proceed:
Step 1: Contact the KALEOZ Support via KChat.
Step 2: Inform the reason that you want to change your email address/mobile number.
Step 3: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to you.- Change email address: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your mobile number- Change mobile number: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your email address
Step 4: Inform the verification code you received to KALEOZ Support.
Step 5: After updating to a new email address/mobile number you need to do:- New email address: reset password before login to your account.- New mobile number: re-verify your mobile number.
How do I check and pay using my KALEOZ balance?
I) Checking KALEOZ BalanceLogin to your KALEOZ account and then go to "My Account". The KALEOZ balance will be shown under the "I am Buyer" category.II) Pay using KALEOZ Balance Step 1: Choose your products in KALEOZ and then click "Pay Now" from your shopping cart to be directed to the next page.
Step 2: Select “Pay with KALEOZ Account Balance,” and enter your six-digit numeric trading password to complete the payment.Note: If you forgot your trading password, you may refer to this guide to reset your trading password. If you're still unable to reset your password, kindly contact our KALEOZ Support via Kchat for further assistance.
How to partially refund an order?
Step 1: Proceed to "My Orders", then select the order.Step 2: Select "Request Refund".Step 3: You can modify the refund amount before submitting.REMINDER: Please ensure both parties have agreed with the refund request in order to eliminate any conflict.
Why can't I purchase products from certain games on KALEOZ?
In June 2020, the Indian government had issued a ban on all mobiles apps from China. As such, our India customers will not be able to purchase any products from certain affected mobile apps.
How do I edit my product information?
Step 1. Go to “My Products”, click on the gear wheel icon on the side, and then “Edit item”.
Step 2. After you have done editing, click on “Save And List Product” and you are good to go. Alternatively, you may click “Save As My Product” to save it as a draft and list it for sale later.
Why is my withdrawal transaction delayed?
Withdrawal will be processed during normal working days (Monday-Friday) except National Public Holidays. Kindly refer to the Malaysian Calendar.

To proceed with withdrawal verification, follow the steps below:
Mouse over your KALEOZ account name, then click on “Withdraw funds”.
Click on “Proceed withdrawal verification”.
Upload the required verification documents and click on “Submit Withdrawal Account Verification”.*Notes: Your application will be processed within 24 hours.
Why do I have to submit a selfie with ID card for seller verification?

Is there a limit for how many items I can add to my shopping cart?
Yes, you can only add up to 5 items to your shopping cart. If you add more than five items, an error message shown in the figure below will be displayed.
I did not get any SMS verification codes when processing payment. What can I do?
Here are some potential solutions to get your verification code, depending on your circumstances:
Make sure you have an active physical SIM and good coverage (notes: if eSim doesn't work, please contact the carrier for help)Make sure your service plan supports text message delivery.Wait 1 hour before you try again. If it's still unsuccessful, it's best to wait for 24 hours before trying again.
How to link your social media accounts to KALEOZ?
Follow these simple steps below to link your social media accounts:
Step 1: Go to SEAGM website.
Step 2: Click the icon here and sign in with your email and password.
Step 3: After login, click on My Account.
Step 4: Then click on "Edit".
Step 5: Click on Social Media Account.
Step 6: You may choose the social media account that you wish to link.
Note: You may also create a KALEOZ account using your social media accounts.
