How to pay using Permata Bank [IDR] in KALEOZ?
Follow these simple steps below to pay with Permata Bank [IDR]:
Step 1 : Choose your products in KALEOZ and then click "Pay Now" to be directed to the next page.
Step 2 : Select "Online Payment", under "Transfer Virtual Account (Verifikasi Automatis)" select "PermataBank" then click on "Pay Now" to proceed.
Step 3 : Once clicked, you will be provided with the banking virtual account number. You may proceed to make the payment with the number given. You may pay via PermataBank Mobile apps or from other banks.
Note: The banking virtual account number can only be used ONCE. The order will be expired in 4 hours. Kindly complete the payment before the order expire.
Step 4 : After the payment is successful, the order will be processed automatically. You may contact the seller to deliver your order. You may check your order status under the KALEOZ profile "My Orders" section.

Step 1 : Once you have logged in to our website, click on 'Payment Methods' located above the search bar to explore all available payment options.
Step 2 : Click on the currency selector and choose your country’s currency from the list to view the available payment methods.About Processing feeWhen you proceed to payment, a processing fee will be charged by the payment merchant you choose. The processing fee will be displayed under the payment method you select.Note : If your order is refunded, only the order amount will be credited to your KALEOZ balance. The processing fees are non-refundable. Orders placed using your KALEOZ balance will not incur additional processing fees. What Happens If I Don’t Complete Payment in Time?
At KALEOZ, all user's order must be paid within 1 hour of creation. This guide explains what happens if payment is not completed within the given time period and what should I do if the order expires.
Automatic Order Cancellation and Expiration
If payment is not received within this period, the system will automatically cancel the order and update its status to Expired. There are no further action is required on your part to cancel the order.

What should I do if my payment was successfully deducted but the order shows as expired?

When should I expect my refund?
Check your refunded paid order(s) when you click "My orders" in your KALEOZ account. Here’s what the status means:
Refund status: Refunded
It means: Your order refund is complete on KALEOZ. The money has been processed and credited to your KALEOZ account balance.
NOTE: Do contact KALEOZ Support if you wish to refund the money back to your original form of payment/bank account. Some payment was not able to proceed back to the original method.
