How do I track my order status?
Step 1: Go to "My Orders" after logging in to your KALEOZ account.Step 2: Choose the order status you wish to see. Step 3: Click the Order ID KXXXXXXX to see more details of the specific order. Order status might be shown as below: Waiting Payment - Orders awaiting payment. Unpaid orders will expire after 1 hour if no payment is made. Waiting Delivery - Orders that have been paid for and awaiting delivery from the seller. Waiting Confirmation - Orders that have been delivered by the seller and awaiting confirmation from the buyer. Refunding - Orders that have been canceled. Any payments made are returned to your KALEOZ balance. Deleted - Orders that have been deleted by the user.Expired - Unpaid orders that have expired after the 1-hour period.
Sales Order Status Guide and Overview
About Sales Order Status guidelines You may click on "My Sales Orders" to check your sales order history. · Waiting Delivery - Paid order awaiting for the seller to deliver.Sellers will be given 72 hours to deliver the products/services. Otherwise, our system will refund the order automatically.- Click on the “Delivered” button once you've delivered the goods.- You may choose "Refund to Buyer" if you're unable to deliver the goods or the buyer request to refund the order. (To avoid bad reviews from buyers).· Waiting Confirmation - Delivered order waiting for the buyer to confirm the delivery.For security reasons and in accordance with the KALEOZ Protect policy, sellers need to wait for buyers to click 'Order Received' after completing an order.- The system will automatically mark a delivered order as completed after 72 hours (3 days).- Sellers may contact the buyer through KChat to inform the delivered order and ask for a good review.· Refunding - Buyer requested a refund for an order.
I have made payment successfully but my order status shows unpaid.
1. Offline Payment Method - Fund Transfer via Internet Banking/ATM/CDM If your funds have been successfully debited from your bank account or cash has been transferred, please save or take a screenshot of the payment receipt as proof. Contact our Kaleoz Support via LiveChat immediately to claim your order payment. All manual transfer payments require contacting our support team to proceed with order collection. 2. Online Payment Method - Credit/Debit Card, Cryptocurrency, E-wallets, etc. If your payment was successfully deducted but your Kaleoz order status under "My Orders" remains unpaid or expired, the possible reasons are: (a) Pre-Authorized Payments (Failed Transactions) Your bank may temporarily hold the payment while waiting for confirmation from the merchant. If our Kaleoz Support confirms the transaction was unsuccessful, the payment should be returned to your account within a few days, depending on your bank’s processing time. (b) Payment Processing Delays Some payments
I paid for my order, but why is my order status still not paid?
Due to latency issues, the payment in the payment service provider's system may be delayed, please wait at least 1 to 2 hours. If the payment status has not changed after 2 hours, please contact our KALEOZ Support and let us assist you in this issue.
What shall I do before delivering the orders?
Sellers are recommended to check the order status before delivering. Please ensure the order status is "Waiting delivery". REMINDER: Do check the quantity before delivering.
Why is my order marked "Expired"?
When your order is marked as 'Expired,' it means that the transaction or payment associated with the order was not completed within the designated time frame. All unpaid orders are subject to automatic expiration within 1 hour of creation. This is done to ensure efficient order processing and to make products available for other customers. If you still wish to purchase the items, you can create a new order. Be sure to complete the payment within the specified time frame to avoid expiration. Payment Success with 'Expired' StatusIn case you have successfully made a payment but your order still reflects an 'Expired' status, no need to worry. Please contact Kaleoz support with the payment receipt, and we will assist you promptly.
FAQs: What should I do if an order has been placed but selected on the wrong payment option?
1. I clicked on the wrong payment method during checkout, am I able to cancel or change the payment method?Once you have realized that you selected the wrong payment option, kindly follow three ways below to change the method: (a) You can click on the Back button on your tab and return to the payment selection page. (b) If it's on a pop-up page payment, kindly close the popup page and select the payment method that you want. (c) You may back to your KALEOZ Profile, to "My Orders", then click on the green button "PAY" beside the latest order placement and select a payment method. Rest assured your money won't be deducted since you have not successfully completed the transaction.2. How to recruit a seller assistant on KALEOZ To recruit a seller assistant, please refer to the steps below: Click on your username as displayed and choose “My Assistant” from the drop-down list. Insert the email address of the person you wish to recruit in the “User email address” box and click “Send”. Once the recruitment email has been sent, the user will receive an invitation from you and the user is required to click “Accept” in order to become your seller assistant. What is a seller assistant & what do they do? A seller assistant can assist in managing orders, product management and also chat with the buyers via Kchat. Take note that the invitation is only valid for 24 hours. Does the seller assistant require a registered KALEOZ account? Yes, this is compulsory. How do I sell items on KALEOZ?
Registering as a seller From the top directories, click on "Become a Seller". Enter all the information required and submit your seller application. You'll be notified once you're approved as a seller. You may check on this guide for seller registration. Listing items Once you have been approved as a seller, you can list your items for sale through the "My Products" page. Enter all the required information before publishing your item for sale. Provide as many details as possible in the description to better inform buyers of the trading time, place, and method. Here's the guide for item listing. Managing items Your items can be managed on the “My Products” page. You can edit the title, keywords, photo, pricing, delivery methods, and description of your items. How to pay using Bakong KHQR [USD] in KALEOZ?
Follow these simple steps below to pay with Bakong KHQR [USD]: Step 1: Choose your products in KALEOZ and then click "Pay Now" to be directed to the next page. Step 2: On the Payment page, select Bakong KHQR under the online banking via E-wallets section and click on "Pay now" to proceed. Step 3: Once clicked, you will be provided with a QR code to proceed with payment. Note: The given QR code can only be used ONCE per order. What is the Product Promo Feature?Sellers can feature their products that are currently on sale/promotion to attract more buyers and increase sales. Buyers can also set filters to only view products that currently have a promo on KALEOZ.Feature Introduction:1. Sellers can set or remove the Promo status on their products at any time.2. A seller can promote up to 2 Products in each product category for each game.    - For example, Lost Ark has three product categories: Gold, Items, and Accounts.    - A seller can set up to 2 products within the Gold category as Promo Products.   - Likewise, they will only be able to set up to 2 Promo Products in the Items category and up to 2 Promo Products in the Accounts category.3. What is the "Close Store" feature?
If you want to take a break and are unwilling/unable to accept orders, you can use the Close Store feature. This feature allows KALEOZ sellers to close their store temporarily, without losing any account data or their seller status. While your store is closed, all of your listings will be inactive, and buyers will not be able to place new orders from your store. However, you can still log in to your KALEOZ account normally during that period.How do I use the Close Store feature? Step 1: Log in to your KALEOZ account and go to "My Product". Step 2: Click the "Close Store" button to close your store temporarily. Step 3: Resume your business by clicking the "Open Store" button at any time you want.
How do I retrieve a CD-Key/Pin/Code?
Here are the steps to retrieve your CD-Key/Pin/Code: 1. Once your order status changes to 'Delivered', please click on the order number Kxxxxxx and find the 'Retrieve' button to view the CD-Key you have purchased. 2. On this page, you will need to enter your LOGIN password to view the CD-Key/Pin/Code. 3.
