Some of the information you submitted may be missing, incorrect, or inconsistent with your official documents. For example, if the name on your submitted identification document does not exactly match the name provided in your application, we may not be able to verify your identity.
We recommend carefully reviewing your application, correcting any errors, and resubmitting the form with complete and accurate information.
2. Age Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible to become a seller on KALEOZ.
3. Uploaded Documents Were Invalid or Unreadable
Documents submitted as part of your seller application must be clear, valid, and easy to read. The following are some common document issues that may result in your application being rejected.
Photos or Scans That Are Blurry or Too Dark
We strongly recommend using good lighting conditions when capturing your documents. Natural daylight is generally recommended. Please also hold your device steadily to avoid blurry images.
Important Information Is Cut Off
Make sure the entire document is captured within the frame. Avoid cropping any edges or important details so that the document remains complete and readable.
Documents Are Expired or Nearing Expiration
Please check the expiration date of your documents before uploading them. Documents that are nearing expiration must have at least six months of validity remaining to be submitted.
Only current and valid documents accepted by the platform should be submitted. If your document has expired, please renew it before proceeding with your seller application.
4. Multiple KALEOZ Accounts or Applications
According to our terms and conditions, users are only permitted to have one KALEOZ account.
If you have multiple KALEOZ accounts or have already successfully registered as a seller on our platform, submitting another seller application using another account may result in the application being rejected.
5. Violation of KALEOZ Rules and Regulations
If your application involves using another person's identity or violates any of the rules and regulations established by KALEOZ, your application may be rejected immediately and may result in permanent suspension from the platform.
KALEOZ reserves the right to amend its seller application policy without prior notice.
