These are the most common reasons for account suspension: 1. Creating multiple accounts - One user only allowed to possess only ONE account. Creating more than one will result in the suspension of all your accounts. - Sharing of payment accounts or credit cards with another member.- Letting your friends access their accounts on your computer or device.- Encourage friends or relatives to create their own accounts rather than let them use yours.- Access your account via Cyber Cafe PCs. 2. Suspicious Activity - Using VPN, TOR, Game Boosters, or proxies when accessing our website.- Using a disposable email address during registration.- Using VOIP phone number during registration. 3. Submitting fraudulent disputes for delivered orders. 4. Provide offsite and personal offers to other KALEOZ users. 5. All listings and account must be in line with our User Agreement KALEOZ does not cover the following: Unable to provide a complete set of delivery proof in the event of a trade dispute. Any transactions made outside of KALEOZ online marketplace. Incomplete order / Non-delivery order Product or services not as described When a seller is trying to scam or intentionally fraud a transaction. KALEOZ reserve the right to permanently suspend the seller account and any available sales withdrawal will be canceled. Please note that this is not a product/services warranty.
Why my KALEOZ account is locked?
You may not be able to access your account due to the following reasons:1. You forgot your login details or it says "Invalid login email or password" when attempting to login.You can reset your password to keep your account secure. 2. Your account is locked due to many failed login attempts. If you can’t remember your password, please contact our KALEOZ Support team for assistance in unlocking your account. Once your account is unlocked, you can reset your password to help keep your account secure.3. You tried to reset the password, but it says "Account was suspended. Please contact KALEOZ Support if this was a mistake"This is just a temporary suspension of your account, you can file a request to a KALEOZ Support officer to unsuspend your account. However, KALEOZ reserves the right to suspend or block access to and use of the services for any offenses and for any length of time.
Prohibition of Illegal Activities for Sellers
As a seller on KALEOZ, you must comply with all local laws and regulations, as well as our platform's policies regarding prohibited activities. Specifically, sellers are prohibited from engaging in any illegal activities, including but not limited to: 1. Selling products or services obtained through illegal means, such as hacking, cheating, or exploiting game bugs or glitches. 2. Selling products or services that violate the terms and conditions of the game developers or publishers. 3. Engaging in unauthorized, illegal, or fraudulent transactions, including but not limited to using stolen credit cards or other forms of payment, and initiating chargebacks or refunds without proper justification, is not allowed in the charging service. Any attempt to use credit cards to charge for services in the charging service will result in the account being suspended or terminated. 4. How do KALEOZ protect for buyers?
In what circumstances KALEOZ will cover a buyer's purchase: The buyer didn't receive their order such as products/services as ordered. The buyer received a product/service that is significantly different from its description. How do I get a refund? All sales are final, and refund requests will not be entertained unless any of the above circumstances occur. The buyer shall report the same to KALEOZ within 72 hours upon delivery of the products/services. Upon investigation by KALEOZ, the decision of which shall be conclusive and final, a refund may be processed if the report made is valid and true. The refund shall be made to the buyer within 14 working days depending on the type of payment method you use.
