How Do I Set Up and Change My Avatar on KALEOZ?
In KALEOZ, users can freely set up and change their avatars at any time. By doing so, you can personalize your profile and express your identity within the platform.
Here are the steps to set up and change your avatar.
Step 1: Click on your username. Under the 'User Control Panel' section, find and click on 'My Profile'.
Step 2: Under 'User Information' section, click the 'Modify' button next to your username.
Step 3: Go to the "Your Photo" section and click "Upload". Please note that your image size must not exceed 2MB. Select an image from your device and confirm the upload to update your avatar. Once successfully uploaded, your new avatar will appear on your profile, in KChat conversations, and in your seller stores.
Not loving your current avatar? No worries! Just click "Change" and pick a fresh new look that suits your style. Feel free to switch it up anytime—you’ve got full creative control!

The seller marked my paid order as delivered, but I haven’t received it
You can try reaching out to the seller via Kchat for order fulfillment. If the seller doesn't respond, please click "Request Refund" on the order details page. Should the seller refuse to issue a refund, you may escalate the issue to the KALEOZ Support Team for further investigation.
Notes: Buyers have a 72-hour window to dispute an order marked as "Waiting Confirmation." If no action is taken within that period, the order will automatically be marked as successfully delivered.
How to Request a Refund for a "Waiting Confirmation" Order:
Step 1: Go to the "My Orders" page and click on the order number (e.g., KXXXXXXX) to open the order details.Step 2: Initiate the refund process by clicking on "Request Refund".Step 3: Select your refund reason and provide additional details about your refund request in the "Refund Description" field, then click "Submit Refund Request". Step 1: Sign in to the KALEOZ account. Then, click "My Orders" to browse all the created orders.
Step 2: Check the Payment Number at the top left of the list which starts with PXXXXXXXX.

How do I edit my product information?
Step 1. Go to “My Products”, click on the gear wheel icon on the side, and then “Edit item”.
Step 2. After you have done editing, click on “Save And List Product” and you are good to go. Alternatively, you may click “Save As My Product” to save it as a draft and list it for sale later.
How do I respond to a buyer review?
Here's how to reply:
Step 1: Go to "My Sales Orders" and find the order for the review that you want to reply to.
Step 2: Click "Comment".
Step 3: Rate the buyer and enter your response.
Step 4: Click "Post Comment".
Note: You can only reply once to a review, and you can't edit or retract that reply.
Which payment methods are supported by KALEOZ?
KALEOZ accommodates various types of payment methods. Here are the steps to check all available payment methods based on the currency you selected.
Step 1 : Once you have logged in to our website, click on 'Payment Methods' located above the search bar to explore all available payment options.
Step 2 : Click on the currency selector and choose your country’s currency from the list to view the available payment methods.About Processing feeWhen you proceed to payment, a processing fee will be charged by the payment merchant you choose. To enable KChat message notifications, please follow these steps:Step 1: Login to your KALEOZ account > Click on "KChat" icon & expand chat.

In the settings menu, you will find three notification options:Play notification sound: Check this option if you want to receive an audible notification sound when new messages arrive.Enable browser notification: Check this option if you want to receive browser notifications for new KChat messages. This will display a pop-up notification on your screen.Enable offline notification: Check this option if you want to receive email or SMS notifications for new KChat messages when you are offline.Step 4: After checking the desired notification options, click on the "Save" button to save your settings.
