FAQs: Credit/Debit card payment attempts failed
1. Why is my payment attempts failed? Kindly note that our system uses a fraud solution to manage our credit card payments via Stripe. This solution uses AI and machine learning algorithms to determine whether accepting the payment is safe. The payment tends to fail/decline if our system detects a higher risk. 2. My payment goes through on the first order but is declined for the following order. Why was that?Due to circumstances beyond our control, our system tends to let your first credit/debit card payment get passed it much more easily.  If you managed to pay your first order but failed to make consecutive payments, we would advise you not to try more than 3 times of payment attempts in a short period of time after being rejected. This is to avoid being blocked by the system after a frequently failed payment. 3. How do I identify a good seller?
The rating for sellers is shown on the product page. The seller’s level is indicated by the number of hearts, diamonds, or crowns below the seller’s name. Please refer to the image below to further understand a seller’s tier. A seller’s rating is determined by the number of completed transactions. However, some sellers with lower ratings might just be new users. If they happen to offer an item with desirable pricing, you may consider purchasing from them. Despite a lower seller rating, users can still shop on KALEOZ safely as we offer complete protection from possible frauds or scams.
Why is my Cryptocurrency payment successful but my order still shows waiting payment?
It may be a system delay issue that the payment sometimes might be stuck/delayed. Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support to capture the payment. Once your payment has been captured, your order will be paid automatically. 
How to pay using EPS (Netpay) [EUR] in KALEOZ?
Follow these simple steps below to pay with EPS (Netpay) [EUR]: Step 1 : Choose your products in KALEOZ and then click "Pay Now" to be directed to the next page. Step 2 : Under "Online Banking" category, select "EPS (Netpay)" then click on Pay Now to proceed. Step 3 : Once clicked, kindly enter your bank name, code/ BIC and click on "Weiter zum Bezahlen" to continue. Note: You may key in the first alphabet of your bank, and a list of bank names will be shown, kindly select the one you need. Step 4 : Once selected the bank of your choice, you will be directed to the payment page of the relevant bank. Kindly enter the login information to continue. Touch 'n Go eWallet is a Malaysian digital wallet and online payment platform. Go cashless with simple, fast, and secure transactions in just minutes with TnG. Follow the simple steps below to pay with TnG: Step 1: Choose your products in KALEOZ and then click "Pay Now" to be directed to the next page. Step 2: Select 'Online Payment' > 'Touch 'n Go eWallet' as your payment method > click 'Pay Now' to proceed. Step 3: Launch your TNG eWallet app and tap 'Scan' icon at the bottom to scan the QR code. Refund and Replacement Policy for Incorrect ID Submissions

Buyer Responsibility:- It is the buyer's sole responsibility to provide accurate and correct ID details during the ordering process. How do I cancel an order that has already been paid for?
To cancel an order after payment, buyers will need to contact the respective seller via KChat to cancel their order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically after 3 days (72 hours).

Why is my order marked "Expired"?
When your order is marked as 'Expired,' it means that the transaction or payment associated with the order was not completed within the designated time frame. All unpaid orders are subject to automatic expiration within 1 hour of creation. This is done to ensure efficient order processing and to make products available for other customers. If you still wish to purchase the items, you can create a new order. Be sure to complete the payment within the specified time frame to avoid expiration. Payment Success with 'Expired' StatusIn case you have successfully made a payment but your order still reflects an 'Expired' status, no need to worry. Please contact Kaleoz support with the payment receipt, and we will assist you promptly.
Can I request a refund for my payment?
In cases where your order is canceled due to the seller failing to fulfill an order, you may consider finding another seller that might be selling the same desired item. Alternatively, you can request a refund for your payment under the following circumstances: Found no other seller offering the same item. Other seller offers are selling at a higher-than-expected/unreasonable price. If you encounter any of the above and wish to get your payment refunded, kindly contact our KALEOZ Support for assistance on this matter.Please note the following:1. Refunds may not be possible for certain payment methods such as Cryptocurrency, RazerGold, Neosurf, etc. In such cases, the amount can only be used for a new purchase on KALEOZ.2. When refunding your payment to the original payment method used, the processing fees charged by certain payment merchants (such as Credit Cards) may not be returned.3. What should I include in my item descriptions?
Your items’ descriptions must be relevant and concise according to the item you’re selling. Please make sure that the information provided is correct to prevent any possible misunderstanding or inconvenience to buyers. It is always good to include your online time and downtime according to your local timezone so that the buyer would know when to expect you to deliver the items or respond to their KChat inquiries. Why my KALEOZ account is locked?
You may not be able to access your account due to the following reasons:1. You forgot your login details or it says "Invalid login email or password" when attempting to login.You can reset your password to keep your account secure. 2. Your account is locked due to many failed login attempts. If you can’t remember your password, please contact our KALEOZ Support team for assistance in unlocking your account. Once your account is unlocked, you can reset your password to help keep your account secure.3. You tried to reset the password, but it says "Account was suspended. Please contact KALEOZ Support if this was a mistake"This is just a temporary suspension of your account, you can file a request to a KALEOZ Support officer to unsuspend your account. However, KALEOZ reserves the right to suspend or block access to and use of the services for any offenses and for any length of time.
Changing my email address and/or mobile phone number
After a user requests to change their email address/mobile number, KALEOZ requires additional identification before we can proceed. This is intended to safeguard your KALEOZ account from potential financial crime, risks, or fraud. Here is how to proceed: Step 1: Contact the KALEOZ Support via KChat. Step 2: Inform the reason that you want to change your email address/mobile number. Step 3: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to you.- Change email address: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your mobile number- Change mobile number: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your email address Step 4: Inform the verification code you received to KALEOZ Support. Step 5: After updating to a new email address/mobile number you need to do:- New email address: reset password before login to your account.- New mobile number: re-verify your mobile number.
Can I request for KALEOZ to make a new game listing if I can't find it on the website?
