Step 2: Under User Information, click "Set Mobile Phone".Step 3: Choose your Country/Region and enter a valid phone number. Changing my email address and/or mobile phone number
After a user requests to change their email address/mobile number, KALEOZ requires additional identification before we can proceed. This is intended to safeguard your KALEOZ account from potential financial crime, risks, or fraud.
Here is how to proceed:
Step 1: Contact the KALEOZ Support via KChat.
Step 2: Inform the reason that you want to change your email address/mobile number.
Step 3: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to you.- Change email address: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your mobile number- Change mobile number: KALEOZ Support will send a verification code to your email address
Step 4: Inform the verification code you received to KALEOZ Support.
Step 5: After updating to a new email address/mobile number you need to do:- New email address: reset password before login to your account.- New mobile number: re-verify your mobile number.

What do I need to provide for the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification?
In order to withdraw your income, you must proceed with the withdrawal verification first.
Step 1. Upload clear selfies of yourself holding an ID/Passport/Driving License that clearly shows your full name. You may use the same photo that you used to apply for seller verification.
Step 2. Upload a screenshot or photo of your bank statement/internet banking page clearly showing your full name and account number. Notes: Your bank account holder's name must be the same as the seller applicant's name.

Step 3. Once you have uploaded both photos, you may submit your withdrawal account verification. Kindly proceed with phone verification if you haven't.

My payment goes through on the first order but is declined for the following order. Why was that?Due to circumstances beyond our control, our system tends to let your first credit/debit card payment get passed it much more easily.
