To contact a seller on KALEOZ, you have multiple options to initiate a conversation using KChat. Here's a guide for contacting sellers:1. From the Product Listing Page:Click on "Chat with seller" below the seller's username to start a conversation with the seller directly. If the seller is offline, you will see "Leave message" instead. Click on it to leave a message for the seller.2. From the Product Page:After clicking on a specific product, navigate to the product page. In the bottom left corner of the page, you will find the seller's profile section. Look for the "Chat with Seller" (if the seller is online) or the "Leave Message"  (if the seller is offline). Click on it to start a conversation with the seller directly.3. From the My Orders Page:Go to the "My Orders" page, where all your orders are displayed. Below the seller's username, you will find the KChat icon. Click on it to contact the seller directly.Additional info: A BLUE dialogue box means that the seller is online,
How do I make a purchase on KALEOZ?
1. Choose your game Sign in to KALEOZ or register a SEAGM ID on www.seagm.com. Choose the game you wish to browse by going to the BUY page or searching it directly from the search box. 2. Choose your item Use the filter to choose server, price and etc. Next, click the product title to go into the product page. Enter all the required information about your purchase and click “Add to cart”. 3. Complete checkout Check the items in your shopping cart and then click “Checkout” to make payment. 4. Receive Items Contact the seller via KChat to notify them of your order and wait for your item delivery.
How do I double-check my order game UID before making payment?
Buyers could double-check the purchase order's input UID before making payment in the shopping cart. This is to prevent the products from being delivered to the wrong UID. Notes: The seller did not take any responsibility for the UID mistake. Once the seller completes the top-up based on the UID you provided, the order is not available for refund or change of UID.There are two ways that you could check your UID before making a payment.I) On Product Page: You could check your UID here before adding the product to the cart.II) In Shopping Cart: Before the payment, click on the "Order Information" to check the UID.

After delivery is completed, buyers may rate the quality of service provided by the seller. You can also leave a comment or review, which will be shown to other future buyers that view the product.
Ordering from Multiple Sellers and Shopping Cart Item Limits
In KALEOZ, users can place orders from multiple sellers by adding products to their shopping cart and checking out in a single payment. A maximum of 5 orders can be added at one time. To add more than 5 orders, users may either remove an existing order or complete checkout for current orders before adding new ones. 1. Why is my payment attempts failed? Kindly note that our system uses a fraud solution to manage our credit card payments via Stripe. This solution uses AI and machine learning algorithms to determine whether accepting the payment is safe. The payment tends to fail/decline if our system detects a higher risk. 2. My payment goes through on the first order but is declined for the following order. Why was that?Due to circumstances beyond our control, our system tends to let your first credit/debit card payment get passed it much more easily.  If you managed to pay your first order but failed to make consecutive payments, we would advise you not to try more than 3 times of payment attempts in a short period of time after being rejected. How do I get the KALEOZ gift card pin that I purchased from SEAGM?
All digital codes purchased in SEAGM will be delivered to your SEAGM account under the "My Cards" section. Step 1: Log in to your SEAGM account, click the user icon, and select My Cards. Step 2: Once clicked, kindly enter your SEAGM account login password to retrieve the code. Then click "Submit".
