At KALEOZ, all user's order must be paid within 1 hour of creation. This guide explains what happens if payment is not completed within the given time period and what should I do if the order expires.
Automatic Order Cancellation and Expiration
If payment is not received within this period, the system will automatically cancel the order and update its status to Expired. There are no further action is required on your part to cancel the order.
This automatic process is designed to prevent unpaid orders from
- Blocking product availability
- Allow other buyers to purchase the item
- Keep the marketplace running smoothly
