How do I refund/cancel an order to the buyer?
If the buyer requests for cancellation or there is a mistake on your order listing and you wish to cancel your order, you may click on “Refund to Buyer” to cancel the order.For a seller to refund an order to the buyer, follow these steps: Step 1: Go to your My Sales Orders. Click on the order number "KXXXXXXX" or the "Order details". Step 2: On the "Order details" page, click on "Refund to Buyer". Step 3: Select the appropriate option in the "Refund Reason" list. Step 4: Type in the refund description, then click on "Refund".Notes: Once the order is refunded, the money will be credited to the buyer's KALEOZ Account Balance immediately.  If the buyer request to refund the balance back to their bank, kindly ask the buyer to contact KALEOZ Support for further assistance.

KALEOZ accepts offline banking payments for several currencies. You can choose either manual online banking, ATM transfer, or cash deposit machine to manually deposit into our bank accounts. Step 3: Click on 'Security' in the left-hand menu, scroll down to find 'Trading Password,' and then click 'Set Payment Password'. Step 4: You can choose to receive the verification code via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. After selecting your preferred method, click 'Send Verification Code'.Step 5: Enter a 6-digit numerical trading password of your choice, then click 'Save Password'. Note: You're advised to change your trading password regularly to ensure the security of your account funds. You can change your trading password by repeating the steps above. Deleting your Kaleoz account will also delete any associated SEAGM-related platform accounts, as they are interconnected. Step 1: Log in to your account at the SEAGM website, then click the user icon on the main page and select "My Account". Step 2: Go to the User Profile page by clicking on "Edit Profile". Step 3: Look for the "Delete Account" option on your profile page and click on it.
