What are Payment Processing Fees?
Payment Processing Fees are charges applied by payment processors when a transaction is made. These fees cover the costs associated with verifying, authorizing, and transferring funds during the payment process.Orders placed on KALEOZ will incur a processing fee, which is a percentage of the transaction amount.
Many payment processors charge transaction fees that include both a fixed fee and a percentage fee based on the total sale price of the product.
The rate and percentage of the processing fee may vary depending on the country and payment method used.The processing fee will be displayed under the payment method you select when you proceed to payment.Note: Some of the processing fees charged by the payment processors may be refunded, while some are non-refundable. Can I cancel the balance refund request while it's under processing?
No, we cannot revoke the processing payment. Kindly wait for 7-10 working days once your refund request has been submitted.Notes: Some of the currency‘s balance is refundable to the bank.Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support if you have any inquiries.
When will I receive my refund for rejected Stripe Credit/Debit payment?
This refund went through in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, you won't see a refund credit on your statement—you'll just see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. There will be no payment and no refund. It'll appear as if the whole transaction never happened. Your bank should be able to confirm this for you.
Why I can't submit a seller application?
There is no withdrawal method available for your transaction currency at the moment. Therefore, you're unable to submit a seller application. Click HERE for more information.Alternatively, you may contact KALEOZ Support for more inquiries.Note: The transaction currency is fixed and cannot be modified once you had selected.
Creating an item listing
Step 1: Under "My Product", click on "Create new item"Step 2: Input the game name you wish to sell, then select the item type and platform.
Step 3: Input the item details clearly in the particular column. Select a cover photo for your product. Step 4: You may click "Save and List Product" once you have done inputting all the details to list your product on sale. Or you may choose "Save as my Product" and list your product later.
Why is my Cryptocurrency payment successful but my order still shows waiting payment?
It may be a system delay issue that the payment sometimes might be stuck/delayed. Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support to capture the payment. Once your payment has been captured, your order will be paid automatically.
What shall I do before delivering the orders?
Sellers are recommended to check the order status before delivering. Please ensure the order status is "Waiting delivery". REMINDER: Do check the quantity before delivering.
