I paid for my order, but why is my order status still not paid?
Due to latency issues, the payment in the payment service provider's system may be delayed, please wait at least 1 to 2 hours. If the payment status has not changed after 2 hours, please contact our KALEOZ Support and let us assist you in this issue.
What are Payment Processing Fees?
Payment Processing Fees are charges applied by payment processors when a transaction is made. These fees cover the costs associated with verifying, authorizing, and transferring funds during the payment process.
Orders placed on KALEOZ will incur a processing fee, which is a percentage of the transaction amount. Many payment processors charge transaction fees that include both a fixed fee and a percentage fee based on the total sale price of the product.
The rate and percentage of the processing fee may vary depending on the country and payment method used.
The processing fee will be displayed under the payment method you select when you proceed to payment.
Note: If your order is refunded, only the order amount will be credited to your KALEOZ balance. The processing fees are non-refundable. Why Can't My Seller Application Be Submitted?
You cannot submit a seller application at this time because KALEOZ does not offer a withdrawal method for your currency.
Which currency does KALEOZ support for seller applications?
Currently, KALEOZ supports the following currencies:
MYR (Malaysian ringgit)
SGD (Singapore Dollar)
PHP (Philippine Peso)

When should I click "Confirmed received"?
You are advised to check whether you receive the right thing and amount before you click "Confirmed received". Once confirmed, the order payment will be transferred to the seller's account and it cannot be reversed.
Any issues, such as scams, items not delivered, or items different from the description will not be under our obligation anymore since the order was completed under your consent via clicking “Confirmed received”.
I did not get any SMS verification codes when processing payment. What can I do?
Here are some potential solutions to get your verification code, depending on your circumstances:

In KALEOZ, users can place orders from multiple sellers by adding products to their shopping cart and checking out in a single payment.
A maximum of 5 orders can be added at one time.
To add more than 5 orders, users may either remove an existing order or complete checkout for current orders before adding new ones.
Upon clicking "Checkout", the total price for all items in the shopping cart will be displayed.

When will I receive my refund for rejected Stripe Credit/Debit payment?
This refund went through in the form of a reversal. In the case of a reversal, you won't see a refund credit on your statement—you'll just see the original authorization drop off your statement entirely after a few days. What Happens If I Don’t Complete Payment in Time?

Why is my Cryptocurrency payment successful but my order still shows waiting payment?
It may be a system delay issue that the payment sometimes might be stuck/delayed. Kindly contact our KALEOZ Support to capture the payment. Once your payment has been captured, your order will be paid automatically.
What shall I do before delivering the orders?
Sellers are recommended to check the order status before delivering. Please ensure the order status is "Waiting delivery". REMINDER: Do check the quantity before delivering.
