Note: KALEOZ is a C2C (consumer-to-consumer) platform, where each seller is responsible for managing their own orders. This means that KALEOZ does not source, process, or deliver orders on behalf of sellers. To sell items on KALEOZ, kindly follow these steps: 1. Register as a Seller Log in to your KALEOZ account. Click "Become a Seller" from the navigation menu. Complete the seller verification process by providing your identification and required information. Submit your application and wait for approval. 2. Create an Item Listing Go to My Products. Click "Create new item". Select the game, item type, and platform. Enter item details, pricing, delivery method, and upload a cover image. How do I unlink my SNS account? (Facebook/Twitter/Google/VK/QQ)

How do I cancel an order that has already been paid for?
To cancel an order after payment, buyers will need to contact the respective seller via KChat to cancel their order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically after 3 days (72 hours).
How do I rate a seller?
After delivery is completed, buyers may rate the quality of service provided by the seller. You can also leave a comment or review, which will be shown to other future buyers that view the product.

Ideally, you should keep your delivery proof at all times. If you're unable to keep it for more than 3 months, please upload it in the Order Log just in case there is a dispute later on.

Buyers could double-check the purchase order's input UID before making payment in the shopping cart. This is to prevent the products from being delivered to the wrong UID. Notes: The seller did not take any responsibility for the UID mistake. There are two ways for the seller to check the buyer's purchase history from your store.1. Search for the buyer's username on the "My Sales Orders" page. 2. How do I setup quick replies and use it in KChat?
Step 1: Go to the KChat Settings page.Step 2: You may save the frequently used message under the Quick Reply settings section. You can set up to 10 quick replies with a maximum of 250 words each. Step 3: Click "Save" once you have input the messages. Step 4: Start a chat on the KChat page. Click on the "Quick Reply" icon right beside the text box. Step 5: When the list of saved quick replies pops up, select the one you'd like to send. Step 6: Once a Quick Reply is selected, the message will be sent. Notes: You can add, remove or edit your quick replies by clicking the "Edit" icon.
