What do I need to provide for the Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification?
In order to withdraw your income, you must proceed with the withdrawal verification first. Step 1. Upload clear selfies of yourself holding an ID/Passport/Driving License that clearly shows your full name. You may use the same photo that you used to apply for seller verification. Step 2. Upload a screenshot or photo of your bank statement/internet banking page clearly showing your full name and account number. Notes: Your bank account holder's name must be the same as the seller applicant's name. What is the Product Promo Feature?Sellers can feature their products that are currently on sale/promotion to attract more buyers and increase sales. Buyers can also set filters to only view products that currently have a promo on KALEOZ.Feature Introduction:1. Sellers can set or remove the Promo status on their products at any time.2. A seller can promote up to 2 Products in each product category for each game.    - For example, Lost Ark has three product categories: Gold, Items, and Accounts.    - A seller can set up to 2 products within the Gold category as Promo Products.   - Likewise, they will only be able to set up to 2 Promo Products in the Items category and up to 2 Promo Products in the Accounts category.3. If the promoted product is removed, its Promo status will be removed also.4. How do I cancel an order that has already been paid for?
To cancel an order after payment, buyers will need to contact the respective seller via KChat to cancel their order. Otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically after 3 days (72 hours).
How do I cancel the account deletion request?
These are the steps to cancel your account deletion and restore your account: Step 1: Go to your mailbox and open the "Delete your account" email sent by SEAGM. Step 2: Click on the address link shown in the email. Step 3: Click on the "Cancel Account Deletion" button. Step 4: Click "Yes, I Would Like To Keep It" to restore your account. Step 5: Once revoked successfully, you will be redirected to the KALEOZ website.
How do I unlink my SNS account? (Facebook/Twitter/Google/VK/QQ)
Step 1: Login to your account at SEAGM and go to "My Profile". Step 2: Click on the disconnect icon to unlink your SNS account. Step 3: Re-login to your account on KALEOZ with the registered email address. Alternatively, you may contact KALEOZ Support for further assistance.
How do I edit my account information?
Users are allowed to update their profile data HERE. Click “Edit” to modify the details and then “Save” once you’re done.
How do I cancel my unpaid order?
You do not need to cancel your unpaid order because unpaid orders will automatically expire after 1 hour.

After delivery is completed, buyers may rate the quality of service provided by the seller. You can also leave a comment or review, which will be shown to other future buyers that view the product.
How long should I keep the delivery proof?
Ideally, you should keep your delivery proof at all times. If you're unable to keep it for more than 3 months, please upload it in the Order Log just in case there is a dispute later on.
