KALEOZ Premium Seller Programme

The KALEOZ Premium Seller Programme recognizes sellers who consistently demonstrate excellent sales performance and outstanding customer service.

Approved sellers will receive a Premium Seller badge displayed on their store and product listings, helping buyers identify trusted and reputable sellers.

Maintaining Your Premium Seller Status

Premium Seller status is reviewed on a monthly basis.

If you no longer meet the required performance standards, your Premium Seller badge may be temporarily revoked until all eligibility requirements are met again.

To continue enjoying the programme benefits, you must consistently maintain your seller performance and account activity.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify as a Premium Seller, you must:

  • Have a valid KALEOZ account that has been active for at least 180 days.
  • Achieve RM10,000 or more in monthly sales (or equivalent in your local currency).
  • Maintain a Positive Feedback Rating of 97% or higher.
  • Maintain an Order Success Rate of 85% or higher.

2. Product Verification

As part of the Premium Seller evaluation process, applicants must provide product verification documents, including:

  • Product transaction records, payment methods, and product sources (videos or screenshots).
  • Information regarding the recharge, top-up channel, merchant, or website used to fulfill products.
Certain products and services may remain restricted even after Premium Seller approval. KALEOZ reserves the right to determine whether a product or service is eligible for listing.

3. Security Deposit

Once your Premium Seller application has been approved, you are required to pay a refundable security deposit of RM1,000 (or the equivalent amount in your local currency).

Deposit Refund

You may request a refund of your security deposit through the Premium Seller page.

After approval, the deposit will be returned to your KALEOZ account balance within 90 working days.

Deposit Investigation & Enforcement

KALEOZ reserves the right to investigate any seller suspected of violating platform rules or policies.

If a seller is found to have breached the Terms of Service or other platform regulations:

  • The seller's account balance may be frozen indefinitely.
  • The security deposit may be frozen or forfeited pending investigation results.

4. Programme Changes

KALEOZ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or update the Premium Seller Programme, including its requirements, benefits, and terms, at any time without prior notice.

All decisions made by KALEOZ regarding the Premium Seller Programme are final.

How to Become a Premium Seller

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Visit the Premium Seller page and click Submit Application.

Your application will be reviewed, and the result will be provided within 7 working days.

Step 2: Pay the Security Deposit

If your application is approved, proceed to the Premium Seller page to pay the required security deposit.

Important: Only your KALEOZ Account Balance can be used to pay the security deposit. Please ensure you have sufficient balance before proceeding.
