How do I manually request a refund for a paid order?

We understand that there may be situations where you need to request a refund for an order that has already been paid for on KALEOZ.

This guide explains how to manually submit a refund request. Please note that a manual refund request can only be submitted one hour after payment has been completed.

Steps to Request a Manual Refund

Step 1

Hover your mouse over your KALEOZ account name to open the user panel.

Step 2

Select My Orders from the dropdown menu.

Step 3

Find the Order ID (KXXXXXX) for the order you would like to request a refund for.

Step 4

Click the Order ID to open the order details page.

Step 5

Click the Request Refund button to submit your refund request.

Refund Processing Time

After submitting your refund request, the refund will not be processed immediately.

The seller will have up to 6 hours to review your request and either:

  • Complete the order delivery, or
  • Approve the refund request.
If the seller does not respond or complete the order within this timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the order and return the refunded amount to your KALEOZ account balance.

Important Notes

  • You can only submit one manual refund request per order.
  • If you cancel a refund request, you will not be able to submit another refund request for the same order.
  • If the order has still not been delivered after 72 hours (3 days), the system will automatically process a refund.
