How do I view my account transaction history?
Step 1: Sign in to your KALEOZ account then click "My Account".Step 2: On the My Account page, you can check your account transactions in the "Transaction History" section as shown below.
How do I check a buyer's purchase history?
There are two ways for the seller to check the buyer's purchase history from your store.1. Search for the buyer's username on the "My Sales Orders" page.
2. View the buyer's purchase history under the "Transaction" tab in Kchat.Step 1: Click on the bottom right chat bubble and enlarge the Kchat to a new tab.Step 2: Select the buyer of your choice and click on the "Transaction" tab.Step 3: You may now view the buyer's purchase history here.
How do I check my purchase history?
Step 1: Log in to your KALEOZ account. From your control panel, go to "My Orders" to view all the orders that you have made.Step 2: Clicking on the Order ID (KXXXXXXX) will let you check the order details. You may also click the Payment ID (PXXXXXXX) to check payment details.
Offline Payment by Internet Banking Transfer, ATM Transfer and Cash Deposit Machine
KALEOZ accepts offline banking payments for several currencies. You can choose either manual online banking, ATM transfer, or cash deposit machine to manually deposit into our bank accounts.
(I) Payment by Manual Online Banking:
Go to your online banking website or App, and transfer the payment amount by using the bank account information shown in the order payment checkout.
Kindly key in our support email [email protected] in the recipient email when you make an online banking transfer to our bank account. This allows us to know that you are transferring payment to us.
Take a screenshot of your payment receipt or your transaction history for verification purposes.
Contact our KALEOZ Support via Kchat to verify and confirm your payment. Once your payment is claimed, the amount will be credited to your KALEOZ account. You may use the balance to pay for the order.

How do I delete my account?
If you wish to delete your Kaleoz account, please follow these steps carefully. Deleting your Kaleoz account will also delete any associated SEAGM-related platform accounts, as they are interconnected. Step 1: Log in to your account at the SEAGM website, then click the user icon on the main page and select "My Account".
Step 2: Go to the User Profile page by clicking on "Edit Profile".
Step 3: Look for the "Delete Account" option on your profile page and click on it. Make sure to read any information that is displayed carefullyStep 4: After confirming your decision, click on "Delete Account." Please note that your account will be frozen/suspended immediately, and it will be completely deleted after a waiting period of 30 days.

How do I pay using Touch n Go eWallet on KALEOZ?
Touch 'n Go eWallet is a Malaysian digital wallet and online payment platform. Go cashless with simple, fast, and secure transactions in just minutes with TnG.Touch 'n Go eWallet on KALEOZ is only available for Malaysians using MYR currency. It cannot be used for topping up your KALEOZ balance.
Follow the simple steps below to pay with TnG:
Step 1: Choose your products in KALEOZ and then click "Pay Now" to be directed to the next page.
Step 2: On the checkout page, look for the "Online Payment" section and select "Touch n Go eWallet" as your preferred payment method, then select "Pay now".
Step 3: The QR code will be displayed as example below. Launch your TNG eWallet app and tap 'Scan' icon to scan the QR code.
Step 4: Tap on "Pay" and then key in your 6-digits TnG transaction PIN to complete the payment.
Step 5: Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the Payment Information page. You can check your order status by clicking on "My Orders" as shown in the pic
