Paying for your order with Cryptocurrency on KALEOZ
Cryptocurrency is an encrypted data string that denotes a unit of currency. It is monitored and organized by a peer-to-peer network called a blockchain.
Follow these simple steps below to pay with Cryptocurrency:
Step 1: Add the item you would like to purchase to your cart. Then click "Pay Now".
Step 2: Choose "Online Payment" and select "Cryptocurrency". Then proceed with "Pay Now".
Important Note: Cryptocurrency payments are NOT refundable. You must ensure that the transaction amount keyed in or displayed is correct before confirming the transaction. Once confirmed, the transaction cannot be revoked, canceled, or refunded.
Step 3: You will be redirected to the checkout page. You may choose your preferred cryptocurrency to pay for the order.
Step 4: You're required to enter your full name (as in your Passport or ID card) in order to comply with the regulations.

Bank Account Settings & Withdrawal Information
1. Where do I edit my bank account details?
Once you have registered as a KALEOZ seller, you may update your bank account details
before proceeding with withdrawal verification (KYC).
Steps to Edit Bank Account Details:
Log in to your KALEOZ account.
Go to “Withdraw funds”.
Click the Settings (⚙️) icon.
Fill in your bank account information.
Click “Save Withdrawal Method”.
Important Notes:
Ensure your bank account number and account holder name are correct.
The bank account holder must be the same person as the seller applicant.
You must complete withdrawal verification (KYC) before withdrawing income.

Why Was I Charged More Than the Total Price When Paying With Cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency payments sometimes come with extra fees because every transaction must be processed and verified on a blockchain network.

Why Can't My Seller Application Be Submitted?
You cannot submit a seller application at this time because KALEOZ does not offer a withdrawal method for your currency.
