1. Where do I edit my bank account details?
Once you have registered as a KALEOZ seller, you may update your bank account details before proceeding with withdrawal verification (KYC).
Steps to Edit Bank Account Details:
- Log in to your KALEOZ account.
- Go to “Withdraw funds”.
- Click the Settings (⚙️) icon.
- Fill in your bank account information.
- Click “Save Withdrawal Method”.
Important Notes:
- Ensure your bank account number and account holder name are correct.
- The bank account holder must be the same person as the seller applicant.
- You must complete withdrawal verification (KYC) before withdrawing income.
2. Do I have to register a Rapyd account to withdraw my income?
No, you do not need to register a Rapyd account.
Rapyd is only the payout service provider used by KALEOZ. You may withdraw directly to your local bank account.
Supported Payout Methods:
- Rapyd payout service: SGD, PHP, IDR
- Local bank transfer: MYR, THB, VND
Important Restriction:
You must have a local bank account to receive payouts.
We do not support Wise, Crypto, Payoneer, Skrill, PayPal, or Revolut.
